    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Like a month ago you guys were saying my leo was a patty, i said it was a bliz. and now Greg is changing his mind. So now that i got a better camera that can actually take pics here it is. So, what is he?

thats exactly what i thought but every single one of you kept saying it was a patternless, but the picture was very "blocky".

And when i said dont tell anyone who i am, i ment that on kingsnake.
 
I know that I was in the patternless camp before. But, from those latest pics I'd definately go with blizzard too. Some are really hard to tell. Go to www.crestedgecko.com . Garrick has some breeder blizzard groups available. If some weren't labeled blizzard, I'd say patternless, especially with the banannas (the male in group 33 even has an orange tail base!).

From your original pics, your gecko seemed to have that dark olive cast. I've only ever seen that in dark pattys. Perhaps it was due to lighting or bad optics in your old camera, but it sure looks like a blizzard now :erm:

not to step on any toes, but given how over exposed the photos are I honestly couldn't tell you what it is. How long have you had it and how big was it when you got it? Did it have any "blotching" if you had it when it was small? The reason I ask is that most patternless have a faint pattern remaining from when their brown markings faded. What kodak 5.0 MP camera did you get? If your camera is "manual" enough I'd decrease the power of your flash. That will help with some over exposure. Also, if you can get out of auto mode and into an aperture or shutter priority mode, do it! I recommend checking out www.dpreview.com, look for your camera under the reviews. See what all you can do, or for that matter it can do.

oh....and PLEASE resize your photos. Thankfully I'm on a cable internet connection, so the 225 kb file size of your photos isn't a problem for me. However, I'm also at a screen res of 1024 X 768 and someone on dial-up trying to load a 225 kb photo that's 1257 x 596 is going to be sitting here a while. 800 x 600 should be your max photo dimension (I usually use 640 x 480 or 480 x 320). Also saving the photos to about 100 kb would be easy for those on slower connections to load.

BTW....anyone know how to edit posts? I don't see an edit button/option anymore :(
 
Hi- Just thought since i happened to take this pic tonight that i would post it.
It is of my Blizzard-Moonbeam and My Pattie-Buttercreme.
I think that you can see the difference between the 2 morphs fairly well in this shot
