• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Growing up retic

Thanks for the interest. My new computer ain't letting me get into this site very easy. I have to double click the logo in the top left corner and then all I can do is this. Anyway, I'll keep trying, but in the mean time Willard is over 7' and 2-1/2" in diameter. I live in the woods, so neighbors ain't close, but the few kids that come over to SEE the snakes would rather SEE and HANDLE Willard rather than the ball pythons.

I love seeing updates to this thread!

sorry you're having issues accessing, I assume from a mobile device? :/ that sucks cause I really enjoy the pictures seeing him grow :)

Of course after a mod, not nameing names, it works for me. Hummm.

Wrong pic of the kids, already showed that one, can't find the other one. But a good update. I had him outside on the top of one of them bench swings and he was really laid back, he then found his way to the ground and got a little amped. I was on the swing and he came to my feet and came up to the left of the swing and he laid his head on my lap and was calm for about a minute. Then went back down and went in a few circles around me and then found my right leg and came up and laid his head on my right side and stayed there for another minute or so. We have really grown to apprecitate each other, if he's capable of doing that? I always make sure the kids don't get too confident with him.

He's a beauty Ron. I also have enjoyed watching him grow up. I have a normal (Melvin) who is about the same age and size. Don't make us wait 3 months this time.

It seems like his girth is gonna start now and his length is slowing down. Just over 7' and 2-1/2 to 3" in the midsection.

He gets better looking each update Ron! He's holding on to his colors nice. What's he eating these days? I've switched Melvin over to large guinea pigs, 2 at a feeding, and probably need to bump it to three before too long. The wife and daughter don't want me to feed him rabbits. Take care and keep the updates coming.

That's funny. XXL rats. He likes to eat in the mornings. He watches me check/clean tubs and gets excited. I'm gonna start my own rabbit colony for him and two boas which are around 7lbs each, also on XXL rats too.

Finally was able to get Willard out for a bit. He needed it!!

He's only about 7' off the ground, the chicken coop is at the bottom of the slope. I just pull the branch down guide him onto me.
