Dear Golden Gate Geckos,
My name is Tim Buchinger, and I am the owner of Learn-Animals.com. I am currently developing it as an ongoing project.
Recently I have been working on the Leopard Gecko section. I came across your site today at
www.goldengategeckos.com, and it is a great
resource.
I am developing our Leopard Gecko links section now, and was wondering if you would like to exchange links with my site. You can put whatever you feel is most appropriate for the link, but I have provided you with the HTML below so you can just copy-and-paste it.
<a href="
http://www.learnanimals.com/leopard-gecko/" title="Leopard Geckos">Leopard Gecko Resources</a>
As a gesture of good faith I have added your website to my Leopard Gecko resources page at
http://www.learnanimals.com/leopard-gecko/resources.php
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email me back at any time. You may also call me at 1-416-688-8503.
Thank you very much,
Tim Buchinger

Hello Tim,
I will be happy to put a link to your website on the LINKS page of my
website, however I would like to point out that the leopard gecko you have
pictured here:
http://www.learnanimals.com/leopard-gecko/ has an extremely severe case of Metabolic Bone Disease (MBD). This is due to lack of proper
calcium supplementation, inappropriate temperatures, and poor husbandry,
which results in the rubbery limbs being curled and twisted in permanent
disfigurement. I really have a problem adding the link to "Learn Animals"
with this page on my website, as I feel it depicts a sad and pitiful example
of a seriously neglected leopard gecko.
Please let me know if I can assist you further and/or provide a photograph
of a healthy and thriving leopard gecko, and any other care information.
Regards,
Marcia McGuiness
