    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have a 2 year old GTP that I got about three months ago. I've been feeding her every 10 days or so, and up until the last time, she's pooped within three days of eating. In other words, I feed her and she poops about seven to ten days later. But for the past two feeds, she hasn't been pooping, and there's a small sort of lump right above her vent. I don't know what's going on. She doesn't seem to be distressed, she's perfectly calm when I take her out and hold her, and she doesn't flinch or strike if I touch the lump, but I'm still worried. Her tank has the proper conditions set up, her shedding and everything else seems to be going fine, it's just this one thing.

What do I do? My corn snake likes to poop in his water dish, so I thought about giving her a bath, but since corns are very different from GTPs, I haven't done it yet. Can someone please help?

Give your GTP a swim, in your tub, in lukewarm/warm water.
Eventually, during her time in the tub, your GTP should defecate (and you will need to clean the tub afterward ;) ).
If she does not defecate, try it, again, each day or every other day.
Meanwhile, recheck her enclosure's humidity and, if she doesn't have one, add a water bowl.
