In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Good Guy Gulf Coast Reptiles

Agreed with the call instead of e-mail, I think they get swamped and some e-mails get lost. I've purchased several animals from Chris & Sheila over the past 6 years and they are fantastic people with quality animals.

I agree. Great people to deal with. Just received a nice little Vanilla Ghost from them today and purchased a beautiful Canary Chondro from them last year. Will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Just wanted to reiterate that Gulf Coast Reptiles,Inc. are the tops to order from. Back on Dec. 29, 2010 I purchased a baby female granite burm from them. We all know how this winter has been as far as temps. so they decided to postpone shipping until temps. were more ideal & I of course agreed. Well, yesterday I finally got my baby home & she is absolutely gorgeous! She was packed very well with heat packs & was in perfect shape.

I mostly dealt with Sheila through emails & phone calls. Sheila kept me informed as to weather & updates on my baby's progress. I offered to pay a boarding fee since there was no telling how long the temps would be too cold & they were having to feed her, but Sheila said there was no need & graciously declined the offer. She said they would keep my burm on a feeding schedule & when she came in you can tell she has been fed very well>in other words, she is a little "butter ball"!

I will definitely buy from them again when I find something I just can't live without. They certainly care for their reptiles right up to the day they let them go to their new homes!

Just wanted to mention another great experience with Gulf Coast. These guys are always amazing from start to finish. I bought an animal sight unseen, and was very happy when I received it and looked it over.

Not just good guys, great guys.

Chris & Sheila really are great people! We go to them any time we need answers. Very patient and friendly. We even got a tour. Lots of beautiful snakes.
