Last week I purchased 3000 b lateralis aka turkish roach, however, they came DOA. Unfortunately, I do not have an internet connection at that time because our modem can only hold 4 internet connection at the same time. In addition, there are 9 people renting the house and each everyone of us use the internet. At that time, there were 4 people that were already connected to the internet so i can't connect to let the seller know that the roaches that i purchased came DOA. Since I don't have the number of the seller I just took a pic of the dead roaches and also video tape them so i can show it to him once i get an internet connection. After almost 12 hours of no internet connection I finally had an internet connection. I explained him everything that happened and I asked him for a refund or replacement but he said that since I notified him after 12 hours his not going to give me a replacement or a refund and he thought that I left the box out in the cold that killed the roach.
first of all, I was waiting for the box to arrive and check every 20 minutes. I got the box around 12:40ish. I was excited, when I open the box most of the roaches are dead only 1-2% of the roaches are alive. they did not die from hot or cold because we have a shaded patio where the mail man always put the package and i check the temp and they are in mid 80s but since we have a patio its just probably 81-83f. roaches will die from cold when its 60f below and hot when its 90f above. the reason that they died is because of the poor packing. he tried to fit 3000 roaches into two medium deli containers and put some type writing papers inside which does not even provide enough space and traction for the roaches to balance themselves while being mailed. when i order 1000 1/4" crikets they put them in a big box with egg crates and food so that they will survive the shipping. this guy did not even care to put effort on shipping this roaches then he expect them to live. the roaches end up sqashing each other until they died, I saw many limbs and crushed roaches parts all over the deli containers.
This guy doesn't have compassion to his costumers and his terrible at shipping, I should have bought to other known dealers if i just knew that this is going to happen. here are some of the videos i took

Now my question is, should I post a negative review on this guy ?
