Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ok, Candace, you have these people fooled, and that's fine. I saw your license, the picture, and it was looked up what you drive. I can tell you that I didn't read all of this thread, and I don't need to. Also, I don't need to get on here and defend myself. I was trying to let others know what a thief and liar you are so this doesn't happen to anyone else. No one wants the warning, fine. I can honestly say that I tried. I'm done. I do not need to be on this site anymore since I no longer have my reptiles, you do. So, best of luck selling stolen property. The one thing I did read is that you stated that I did not want to give you a copy of the check... um.... you never asked for it, and I wanted you to call me just so I could hear your voice so I COULD try to rule you out. But, you were being nasty, and rude. Oh well, you are right about one thing.... someday, the law will work and you will get yours.
 
How did you see my license and photo?
You emailed me saying you recieved a check in my name. Then you said you recieved it from Kira. Then you said I stole your reptiles. Your stories are all over the place! Again I will say it.. Ive never met you, never done business with you and never will.

No one wants a warning because its clear you are just out to libel and slander my name. I have done business with many people on this site and off it and they know I am not a "theif and lier". You are the person no one has ever seen or done business with and you show up swinging insults with no cause.

Again, I dont have anything that belongs to you. You should watch your mouth very closely, because lawyers will be viewing a copy of this and your libel and slander is digging you and your sidekick, Kira, a bigger whole.

As for my property, I have the right to sell, breed, trade or do anything else I want to do with it. Funny that you don't have names for any of your reptiles, know their genetics, or have any clear photos of animals you claim I have stolen from you. I have looked at your photos and several of them that you list I have never owned the same species as them. Also, the leopard and AFT you list do not look like any of my AFTs or Leopards to me.

Copies of emails show I asked you for all the check information or a copy of the check. You provided nothing! This is why I refuse to have a phone conversastion with you; I have all the contact documented via email and FaunaClassifieds.

Are you a child Renee? I was never nasty or rude until you accused me of stealing from you via emails, craigslist, and other sites. As any adult knows hearing someones voice is a silly and innacurate way of identifing a person. I refuse to participate in any childish games with you.

I must say I am happy to see you leave and I can't wait to see you in court while you face charges for libel and slander. Watch what you post on other sites, I have friends keeping an eye out for your BS and any libel or slander is being documented.

This is just crazy... and making my head hurt, but...

when you've read quite a few BOI threads you begin to see certain patterns surface- come here, make a bunch of accusations with no proof and then what I've learned is almost a surefire sign of guilt, the "I'm done!". And then proceed to post again and again.

Handoff, if there is anything to what you're saying, post some proof. Post the check with the account numbers blacked out. So far just by composure alone Candace looks clean and clear.
 
Anyone is more than welcome to contact the Santa Rosa County Sheriff Dept or the Bay County Sheriff and ask them if there's a warrant for her. As I said, I am done. I tried to let people know, and everyone seems to believe her. So, you're right, I'm done. I would post a copy of the check, but the Sheriff has it now. All I have is the truth, and hopefully, someday, the law will find her and take her away. And the number is the same. I called it, the Sheriff called it, and I have a print out of yours from the NWFHR site. And, as proof that it is yours AND her # I can also look back on the phone bills and incomming calls for that as well complete with dates I received them. But, As I said, This site and the people on it have been told about Candace, what everyone does with the info is completely up to them.
 
Sheriffs department and Court house say they have nothing on file.
My number is not listed on the NWFHR website.
It is on the HWS website though.

No one has called me other than the number you had listed as yours on your visitor messages at 3am like a child prank calling someone.

All your excuses are bogus.
Why can't you just admit you have lied all over the place? Things would be easier on you when your in court for libel and slander if you'd stop and admit the truth now.
 
I am NOT lying, and you know it. I refuse to say anything other than the truth. I have said it, and at this point, it's done. From now on, that will be my response... "Done".
 
I am Renee's sister. I don't hide behind emails and will gladly give my name: Diane Officer, I live in Florida as well.
This situation has gotten way out of control. So let me explain a few points that this 'Candace' person is leaving out of all of her postings.

First of all, my sister had found out that she was pregnant, her doctor suggested to get rid of her reptiles since she was already classified in a very high risk pregnancy, which she miscarried a week after this transaction.
After advertising on Craigslist, Someone by the name of Kira aka Candace, came to my sisters home (yes, her home where she and my disabled nephew live) and poured out this BS story of how she wanted to buy all of my sisters reptiles, but was waiting for her tax refund to clear her bank, blah blah blah. My sister is far from stupid, however she was stupid enough to take a worthless check from a worthless person. She always gives the benefit of the doubt and helps anyone she possibly can. One of her character flaws!
I went to visit her the weekend the reptiles were picked up and on Monday, we went to the bank together. The tellers looked at each other and made a wierd face. Renee was told that this check wouldn't clear, ever, because the account had been closed for a year. Renee was shaking at this point thinking that she had been ripped off by a con artist, so she called Kira who explained that she was appaulled that the bank would have said such a thing! To make an extremely long story a little shorter, Renee was emailed and called from Kira, her boyfriend and Candace, all from the SAME email address AND phone number. As a matter of fact, her boyfriend said Kira or Candace was killed in a car accident, he would like to bring the reptiles back to my sister because he didn't want to take care of them and she owed Renee the money.

Candace swears that she was taken advantage of by an old roomate that wrote checks of hers, HOWEVER, some of my sisters reptiles CANDACE sold, how convenient!!!
Now, how coincidental is this???
There is currently an active arrest warrant for Candace.
If you (Candace) do not believe me, feel free to stop on by the Sheriffs Department, don't forget to bring bail money.
Someone is stalking my sister at her home, calling her in the middle of the night, and talking some serious crap.
Really? Is all of this BS necessary?

By the way, I am the one that wrote to The Hedgehog rescue. I had 6 of them and was given Candaces email address by my sister, obviously BEFORE she realized she was ripped off. So whatever 'friend' said the emails came from the same computer......is WRONG!
 
By the way, I suppose I will look guilty of something too, since I only signed up on this site to send the message above. So I will not be interested in responding to any of the nastygrams that Candace or anyone else normally enjoys writing.
Grow up and be careful who you judge!!!
 
Do you have any proof to back up these claims? I'm not trying to be nasty, I just don't want to judge someone of stealing if there is no solid proof she did.

I have one question though... did you come into contact with ANY of her animals or did you suggest homes or rescues that she could bring them to?
 
HMMMMMM, why was this "sisters" account just made this month? Fishy, fishy, fishy! There are like 20 red flags that just went up for me! Seems like this handoff chick has lots of buddies or is deciding to make more accounts.
 
I would hope that my sister, or anyone else, would not post someones personal information, copy of a check or emails on the internet.
However after reading all of these nasty threads, I sure wish it was me that had that check and phone number etc!
I can totally understand everyone being upset, but it's kinda funny that this person Candace has the same exact phone number AND email as the person who wrote the check, Kira! But claims that she isn't the same person!
My sister doesn't need to make up anything, she has enough to deal with just having a severe miscarriage, and raising my 13 year old DISABLED nephew!!!
Trust me, life is way too short for this kind of game. She is simply trying to warn other people so they don't get ripped off.
As she wrote already, she put it out there, people can take it for what it's worth.
I am the one that begged her to stay off of this site and stop any further conversing with this Candace person. Let the law take whatever measures they need to.
My favorite word........KARMA!
 
No, she didn't put it out here. Candace brought it here after she constantly harassed Candace.

If it were the other way around (Candace accusing your sister), we'd want proof from her as well. We can't blindly follow everything everyone says.

I didn't know we were having a pitty party, I would have brought balloons. Are you saying that your disabled nephew is an issue? becuase many people juggle kids, work, sports, animals, and being married... so not totally sure why the miscarraige and the DISABLED (lots not forget that) nephew is even being added into the conversation.

My son in the Army was killed 3 years ago, and when my oldest son in the USMC came back from his THIRD tour in Afganistan I felt so lucky that he was alive and I was able to hug him that we decided to sell our home and pet shop to move back to florida to be close to my babies. I have three daughters too!
So, that's the whole 'fishy' story!
Give me a break!

These sites are a sickness for people that can't get enough of other peoples business! I'm catching myself reading more and more UGH!!!
