    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

If the information was accurate why when I was at the sheriffs department is it not showing up? Or when two other people say they called or on the first inaccurate site?
Also, these sites even give little notes saying the information may not be correct.

I'll still be listening to the officials rather than fauna members on legal matters, but thanks.

So I have this question then......did you just meet with the winning bidder in person? If you two were ever so close to COINCIDENTALLY be using the same public computers in the same place 9 mins apart, then there would've been no need for shipping correct?
 
My address and my lawyer or irrelevant to the BOI.

As for the cases on file I've already checked and my name is clear, so I'm waiting for new posts with actual facts. Not the same types of posts I have already checked out. Redundant post are not effective in figuring out anything.

OK, but you could have looked over your shoulder and said, You won!
Let me make it a little clearer again. Nobody is relying on a website. The sheriff dept stated very clearly you have a warrant. I've called twice. You are the only one stating they do not.

The winning bidder backed out, but they claimed they lived locally and requested the animal be picked up rather than shipped. They also did not reply for a while after the auction ended.

Or in my case, a law enforcement database that is used to confirm before actually placing handcuffs on some one after being pulled over on a traffic stop.

I assume Candace is saying she didn't know the winner was on the same computer system as her, that would explain why she wouldn't just yell over her shoulder.

However, several people calling and hearing that there are warrants, and then Candace claiming to hear different looks very fishy. I don't think I believe her any more about this, and that makes the auction thing suspect too.
 
Unfortunately, all I can say about the warrants is that I can only go by what I am told by the officials I have contacted. I was in the sheriff department today. If there was a warrant I would have been arrested correct? I was told there were no warrants and I was not arrested.

As for the auction if I knew the person was in the same building as me I would have spoken to them and arranged the purchase then. The location I used on campus has over 100computers and they are usually half occupied if not more. Also, its the only public computers you don't have to show any proof of identity to use. So many people use them.

I think that it was a poor choice, of yours, to start this thread if you wanted to keep things, about yourself, secret.
You wouldn't be the first person to start a "Bad Guy" thread in an attempt at deflection.
I was exceptionally impartial, to start, and everybody else can make up their own minds. However, while Renee may have used very poor judgment/actions, on how she handled things with re. to you, ...
Unless there is ~substantial~ proof, to show Renee's allegations to be false, I have enough to go on that, ~at this time~, I do not believe much of what you say and do believe that Renee is, very likely, the more honest person out of the two of you.

I do expect to be questioned and am happy to answer relevant questions. I am getting irritated that Renee has apparently bounced off the website and I am still not getting any answers to my questions on the check. It is frustrating to be accused of being a thief and still not getting answers and feeling like I'm under personal attack.

According to the Florida Bar Association (Find a Lawyer Search), there isn't a Michael Porter (attorney) in Tallahassee.
Also, the only two Michael Porters, that come up, do not practice in Fraud cases, libel cases, etc.

If the check is at the police department why don't you have your lawyer :rofl: go and get a copy unstead of asking Renee for a copy.
