Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Maybe.
If she is arrested on the warrant, and ~if~ she bonds out, I would not be surprised if she earns herself another FTA (Failure To Appear) ... she does have a history of this.

Of course, if a bondsman is not stupid enough to bond her out, considering her history of FTAs, then, yes, she just may wind up in jail/prison.

How exactly would you prove that you didn't have a transaction with Renee?

The report says the check, DL, etc existed, they have the check in evidence, and at least one witness says you had a transaction, so how would you prove a negative, i.e. that you DIDN'T have a transaction?

It's extremely difficult to prove a negative, so that just stood out to me.

Yeah OK, we will see I suppose. But let me give you a heads up. You damn sure better answer questions in court better than you do here. You can't pick and choose what questions to answer when you face a judge.

I really can't wait to see the end result of this. The only liar in here is you, Candace.

And maybe your right about not having a transaction. Is it really a "transaction" if you pass her a bad check and steal all Renee's animals? I guess a judge will decide that...:thumbsup:

There was no exchange of items of value here. I don't see this as a transaction at all. You gave Renee a worthless check, and took her animals. You STOLE from her.
 
Also, Candace came on and in her first posts traded exactly the same type of animals Renee stated was stolen. 5 of the 7. Three different species, in the same quantity of each match what Renee states was stolen.

Unfortunately, He has read my messages I sent him and has ignored the request to view this thread and post pictures of the animals he received from Candace. That's a shame he doesn't want to help out and could idea the animals.

If that guy doesn't cooperate he could get in legal trouble for harboring stolen animals now that it has been brought to his attention.

The reptiles are not stolen reptiles.
I'm letting the court handle this and documents will be posted once all is done proving that the reptiles in my care, sold or traded by me are my reptiles and none were ever in the care of Renee Stastka.

Believe it or not. The final court rulings will show the truth.
 
You can understand why no one is believing you, right?

You have repeatedly lied, deflected, and blamed others for your actions. You have also presented absolutely no evidence to support your claims. I have a feeling that you will drop of the face of the earth once the authorities get involved, like you have previously.

I don't know why you thought you could get away with what you have done, but the people on the BOI are not idiots, and can't be easily deceived. And neither can the police. They will find you eventually and you will get what you deserve.

Dennis has done a fantastic job exposing who you really are. We will see the supposed proof that you have tomorrow when you make, oops I mean post, it. Or do we not get that proof anymore? It should be good on why that won't happen now.
