In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You just have to work on how you aproach the whole situation. Acting calmly and posting evidence is the best way to go. This was the reason everyone was on her side at first but luckily she dug her own grave here bringing you out into the clear. Sorry for the loss of your animals :/

I'm sorry Candace. But please tell me what this proves other than I was trying DESPERATELY to get this mess straightened out by SOMEONE, ANYONE. If you see in the begining, I requested you to call me so that I could hear your voice to try and rule you out. You were the one being misleading, dishonest, and a flat out liar. I mean, I could've posted these emails as well.

You never recieved a check from me! You even ask me if I know the person that you took the check from! I will ask you again. Why would you take a check from someone named Kira in my name? Why the crap would anyone EVER do that. It makes no sense! So please tell me why you took a check in my name from someone else?

I'm a little perplexed. If she has an outstanding warrant for giving you a worthless check, and you were smart enough to ID her by writing down her DL at the time the check was uttered, then why isn't she answering for the charge?
If it's about finding out where she is that's simple to do. Have someone who runs the board talk to me in private and I can give them the steps of what to provide and to who.
I would suspect that would end all of this, right?
Now, I don't know about all the back and forth, but if someone gave you a felony amount check,(150.00 or greater) you don't have to prove or disprove anything. You have, in your posession, or have since turned it over to the state, the instrument. All the back and forth isn't needed. She must answer to the check, and in the end your entitled to other damages which will be afforded you in a restitution hearing.

I was running getting rescues all over Florida. Picking up and transporting sick and mistreated hedgehogs. I didnt have time for Kira's crap or this. I asked you to show me the check and to please take it to the DA so we could get it straitened out. You never gave me proof other than a bank number and when I called the bank couldnt tell me anything on that bank number. I didnt have any of my old bank things since Kira stole that box. You gave me nothing to go on. No proof. I have believed you were in with Kira and whatever boytoy she had that month just trying to play games or get me to send you money so I didnt have to deal with it.
I kept checking with the SO and other branches and never found anything until Brandi was able to email me a copy of the items posted here.

Did the check come back NSF or Stop Payment? The only time someone who writes a check can even try to argue about it, is if they Stopped Payment. If it came back NFS, or account closed, she has nothing more to do except answer for the amount and other fees. Period. There is no defense.
