    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The original issue is that Renee made a deal with "Kira," who then used a check with the name "Candace Beach" to pay, and that check did not clear.

Candace's issue is that Renee took a check under the name Candace when the person she was dealing with told her her name was Kira.

Now, whether Candace and Kira are the same person has yet to be fully proven, but it seems we are getting closer to that. IF Kira does exist, and she is a deceitful roommate out for revenge, I don't think stealing a license and a box of checks and then running around using them is too out of the question, right?

Here is the post I remember Renee answering why she would take a check from someone claiming to go by the name Kira. It is on pg. 43, I think. It is post 429, she was mainly going by the driver's license, check & person all matching up. Any of us could be misled by that much proof of a person being who they are.

I for one would not be so quick to take a personal check from someone I just met, but I can understand Renee's reasons for doing so.

AND she saw her DL# which matched the person holding the rubber check- Candace.

But then, how do you explain the picture on that license looking like "Kira"...and the matching of the tattoos that Candace described in Hell?

No that would not be out of the question. So then we come to a couple of issues.

1. Candace who claims it wasn't her has known about the stolen check and never reported it.

2. The warrant was issued (for failure of Candace to report such) and has been on record for a LONG time.

3. Candace never reported a check stolen, and offered handwriting samples for this to be determined.

It all stinks of someone who is guilty and trying to dodge the warrant.
 
and the loads of excuses and reasons why proof can't be posted, yaddyadda...

the Devil has no Advocate in this thread any more.
 
Sorry for the double post & a little late on the info', must have been searching & typing while Renee was answering ya'll. The double post of it was due to my internet dropping out & then I hit the submit button again & it posted twice.

I can't. LMAO. There are few driver's license knowledgeable people on this thread... can one of you answer this: can a person replace the pic on a DL? I thought I had a friend do something like that to use her older sister's ID when we were all under 21, but I don't know for sure. I can't imagine it would be a very good job if done at home though.
 
There's just too many other things against Candace in this thread to consider what you're saying. Several people contacted the Sheriff and found warrants for her, Candace says she has too but found no warrants. She was going to post her DL for identification purposes, but because we won't believer her no matter what, she didn't.

And that's only a couple of things. I mean really, just the info in this thread alone condemns her...
 
Then what about Bobby telling us she told him about writing the check when she has claimed all along that she never did?

Good grief, where's the hole in this case?

YES!

LOL. In the OLD days, I'm talking 80's, you and a friend could go to the DL together, one of you over "legal age' the other under. They would hand you a slip at the front. You would then go to the back where the photo was taken and the DL printed.

Today you cannot do this. They don't hand you a "slip" anymore. This was very popular for over 18 id's. Get your pic on someone's DL info that was over 18. Very easy to do BACK THEN.

You cannot pull this off today at the DL offices. BUT, you could fake an ID and if the person who handled it wasn't good enough to determine it's a fake, then sure, it could pass.

In other words, it's "possible" but not "probable" that someone presented renee with a dl with her pic but candaces info and walked away with the goods based on a stolen check.

Problem with all of this is Candace's apathy about doing something about knowing a check was stolen, a large amount was written, and a warrant existed, and still did nothing.

She claimed she was going to post her DL today. Then she came up will a lame excuse not to post it. I think she figured it out that was not in her best interest because she would then be busted!!! She quit responding to me because she knew she was cornered and couldn't lie her way out.
 
And, I called the Santa Rosa Sheriff Department today to inquire about ANY movment on the case, calls, walk ins, etc. There was nothing. I let them know that Candace stated that she contacted Sgt. James regarung this and was told of an "agreement", (not sure if that's the exact word she put on here). The Agent I spoke to, chuckled a second and said the only "Agreement" would be for her to turn herself in.

Sorry, just sayin.

This is just my opinion ... but.

If I were the board mods, I'd close the thread for any further comments until such time as Candace deals with the warrant. This is nothing but a fat circle you know what. Candace has no defense until she goes in and gets the charges dismissed. She either did this or she didn't.

There's a felony warrant for her arrest.

I would suspect there's not much else for any of us to "hash" out here, is there?

Who , when and why she lied is neither here nor there. She has a felony warrant for a worthless check. She needs to go take care of that then maybe there would be something else to talk about.

At this point what's left to talk about?

HA! I can't believe that worked back then. Tricksy tricksy. But I agree that it's highly improbable that a DL was faked.

I also agree that the lack of filing a charge on the stolen check is very revealing. It should be one of the first steps to take in a situation like this to begin to establish innocence!!
 
Wow, you guys type fast. I don't think BOI threads can be closed, but I will follow your advice and refrain from posting until something develops with the warrants!
