Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This is one stand-up guy! I just recieved 2 "Pseustes" from Harlin today. There was alot of confusion as to whether or not they were actually Pseustes or Chironius, which are less costly and far more difficult to acclimate. The confusion started w/the exporter and continued all the way to me! LOL. After discussing my reluctance to accept them prior to shipment due to the uncertainty of what they actually are, Harlin threw in a ch baby Spilotes at no charge! While this kind of generosity can't be expected all the time it is representative of the care and concern he has for his customers.

Regardess, the "Pseustes" look awesome and I'm looking forward to working w/them..the little Spilotes is just killer! I'll try to post some pics to see if any of you have an opinion as to what they actually are.

I also agree Harlin is a great person to do business with. I have only purchased from him once and received a gorgeous Amazon Tree Boa. He threw in a pair of XL tweezers free of charge. I have talked to him a great lengths on the phone about Reptiles, and it was a pleasure. I would buy from him in a heartbeat if had something I was looking for.

ps...if there is anyone who can ID the snake in the photos that Bill attached (with certainty) please let us know exactly what it is. Both Pseustes and Chironius show considerable variation of color. pattern and form....and there are strong, educated opinions that lean in either direction....lol!
This leaves room for plenty of confusion.
I'd love to hear your thoughts, if you can positively identify the snake featured.
