    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

If he doesn't stop the harrassing emails you might think of contacting the PD Interenet Crimes Division, here in Fort Worth they have one. For the past several months someone has been sending me the most vulgar and disgusting emails through KS. I called them up and faxed over the emails,currently there in the process of subpeona the service provider for the culprits name and address..when I get the name of who it is they will likely be permantly banned from kingsnake, have a BOI thread here and likely harrassment charges filed ..
Giving Sloan a kick in the ass this way maybe the only thing you can do, if you get any anonymous emails be sure to save them and compare IP addresses. These jerks need to know that sending emails like that can have repercussions even legally..

Hey Keith, I find it very ironic that you would try to warn someone about a low life piece who is only out to rip people off yet you stood behind Justyn while he scammed of thousands of dollars from people.

Please take that discussion to the appropriate thread(s). This thread is about Bob Sloan. Keith is not responsible for the acts of his friend and chasing him to this thread is simply not appropriate. Justyn stole your money, Keith did not.
 
With all do respect Jim, I don not feel as if I am posting off topic and to say that I chased Keith here is absurd. I came across this thread and saw the irony in Keith's posts and decided to point it out. In actuality what you are referring to as off thread is merely my retort to the question that I was asked by Keith. If you'll go back you'll see that all I did in my first post was mention the the irony and then Keith was the one who made mention to any outstanding debts. I am completely aware of who did what and never blamed anyone other than the party responsible. All I wanted to know was why Keith was so quick to warn about one crook while being in co-hoots with another.

Why would you even care to debate it? Keith or Justyn, its just one slimy bastard and the other. That you could even decipher what Keith writes means you're a pretty bright guy.

First thing ...you should read the whole thread before making comments and/or asking questions. If you had, you would notice in post #76 that I did infact send him back his snake. AND used the his money to do it.

Ordered ????? Are you even familiar with the situation ????

And if I would have refused the box, the snake SURELY would have perished, even a novice snake hobbyist would know this. :rolleyes:

It really doesn't matter that he sent that snake ...because that wasn't the snake he was supposed to send, AND he sent it w/o getting a shipping confirmation from me that I would be available to receive it upon arrival . He also sent it COD ..... which I would NEVER agree to.

Maybe close enough for you , but I agreed to the snake in the photo , not something else.
And you really don't have to look close at those two snakes to see they are very different. I guess my standards are higher than yours.

Well, you might be familiar with all of the scum bags out there dealing in herps, but many of us (like Jim) don't necessarily hang out with that crowd, so might not know one in advance! Heck, I almost did a deal with Sloan, but too many red flags meant I decided against a deal with him. Jim just got caught. Luck is pretty much all that prevented ME from getting caught, I think.

....and "close enough" is a piss poor reason to get an animal. If you bought a new car, and they sold you a used one with low mileage, would that be "close enough?" I doubt it. Even if everything else would havebeen perfect, getting a different snake is as low as it comes....and NOT a good thing even if it mght have potentially been a better snake. You should ONLY get what you pay for in a deal/trade/whatever. Geez, I couldn't believe my eyes when I read that.

yeah being on his bad guy list means that he fills your e-mail box with threatening letters.

He will tell you how he will spend $500 for a plane ticket and kill your entire family and possibly spend 75 years in jail....... all because he lost a $50 snake.

BTW, I just love the BOI, I have learned so much on who to avoid. I am a novice when it comes to snakes and am looking into buying several. Glad I know where to come to find out for sure!

As expected ...he said it arrived DOA. (after it sat at the local FedEx hub waiting to be picked up by him for two days) But when asked to provide picture proof, all I got was more threats.

I would have to agree with you on the BOI. if I only had done a search on Sloan first ...I would have avoided this whole situation.
 
I know where Bob Sloan is. I have received numerous threats from him also. be careful, he is trying to use other people to buy snakes for him.
