• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

He messaged me inquiring about an add I posted on fb in december and has no personal info on his fb profile and all of the groups he is in he was added in the past 3 hours. I like to know where my babies go and that they will be well cared for. Plus the lack of info makes me suspicious. If anyone has done business with this person I'd appreciate some info. Thanks!

Of course! I don't plan on selling him anything if I can't find more info on him. Considering there isn't a single other one for sale in the country I'm going to be extremely picky about who gets him, and if I never find a stable home he will stay here. My main intention in selling him was to find someone who had a female for him! I'll keep digging and see if I can find anything else about Doo. :)
 
Does he live in Canada? I've found a little bit of info on him, but nothing reptile related.
 
Nope he contacted me on Facebook and all I was able to get was his state and zip code. His profile is brand new and has no pictures or personal info, that's what made me question if doing any kind of business with him is a good idea. And the add he messaged me about I posted in december and no one has commented on it since.
 
Yeah that's what I'm doing. I asked and until he answers my questions I'm not answering his. It all seems way too sketchy for me.
