Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

in the conversation with the breeder I originally purchased the MBD GECKO from , if you read it over she confirms it. If you can't find it , it's not my problem and I don't know how i'll do it, but I think I can live with you not believing me
Also I don't want to drag Ariel's other partner into this as he hasn't done anything to me and was even understanding and sympathetic to my situation. I have a text messages from him confirming this , but as I said previously I don't want to post it unless it's absolutely necessary which it at this moment isn't.
both of his business partners have been following the thread very closely so I know he knows it's up , is it a wonder why he's not here ?
You should let up Will .Trolling on the BOI in attempts to coax me into derailing the thread is only going to get you on the bad side of the mods for having to come in here and keep telling you the same thing over & over.

Rick, I honestly am clueless about why you're posting in this thread. There's obviously some interpersonal something or another that happened between you and Ariel (and apparently a business partner or two, and some friends and... eight million other names that you've also drug into this thread whose involvement in the actual issue (if there IS? an issue) is unclear at best).
But IMO you haven't proven a single one of your assertions. Every time anyone has asked for proof, your response has involved throwing out more names of more people (why? just to involve them here??), repeating hearsay, and empty claims of emails and texts and other "proofs"... Frankly, it all comes across as extremely unprofessional and childish, at best.
At this point the issue is so convoluted that my own personal conclusion is there IS no new issue here- just drama, so I'm going to move on and be done with it.

Just wanted to share what Ariel Cudia has been up to lately . Very unbecoming behavior that is not necessary in the reptile hobby. This guy is just plain trash and everyone should know . If you've read this thread you will know he has done things from attempted to insult by insinuating a married heterosexual gentleman was a "flamer" or of a homosexual orientation to verbally threaten a woman at a local reptile show , to ripping off partners and just about anyone he can . He's been threatening me nonstop with no retort of any kind and I'm just sick of it . So I'm posting the screenshots where he not only threatens me but insults vegetarians and vegans, knowing I'm vegetarian by insinuating they have less than average brain development. This has gone too far and people need to know.

Hey everyone, just thought I'd pop in and share some things that have happened between Ariel and us over the last year.
Ariel came to us last fall with a very humbling apology. We both admitted our faults over the years including all of the BS that has occurred here on the BOI between the both of us. It was a great feeling to clear the air. Since we've worked things out we have had several animal sales thanks to Ariel sending people our way.
While we both still likely look back at these threads and may get a bit worked up about what has happened and what has been said, we're both working towards changing things for the better.
Since Ariel came to me to work things out it has started the ball rolling with some of my personal reflection towards working past issues out with other people in the reptile hobby as well. For the most part people have been accepting of these changes and it feels great to work out past problems and not having them sitting on your shoulders anymore.
I can't comment on what has been shared above but it doesn't involve me. Everyone can be unprofessional in private and this is something I've been working to avoid personally over the last couple of years. PM's are designed to be kept private ( something I haven't been the best about in the past ). I personally think the PM's between two people like above should not be shared publicly unless it comes up to prove an issue with an actual business transaction. No money was exchanged, no animals were delivered ( or not delivered ) etc.
Rick, it's pretty obvious that you and Ariel do not see eye to eye on things. I've learned from people that have been in the hobby far longer than I, to take situations like what is going on here and use them to better yourself. Take the time to look back at what you can do better for you, your animals, and your customers and start there.

Thanks for the advice Andrew and I have given Ariel the opportunity to let the past be water under the bridge, but as you can tell he obviously hasn't taken it . I guess he feels after the lying he did he's somehow entitled to an apology which he won't get from me . I gave him the chance multiple times to just let it be over , but he doesn't want to give it a rest. From complete story telling to big name breeders to get in their good graces to making up things about my personal life . I since then have asked him to just give it up . The ironic part is the weekend before he sent me those last comments I was standing literally 1 foot in front of his table at the local reptile show speaking with two breeders ,who were selling geckos they produced from geckos I sold them, on his table and he didn't have anything to say to me .Didn't look at me not once. So I'm sure he does whatever he can to get in good graces with people while he still speaks negatively about their geckos and their practices. I've been the bigger person in the situation with him a few times , but he still feels the need to attempt to drive his gecko sales with slandering other breeders. It's disgraceful and if you know Ariel personally I'm sure he still tells people big name breeders are inbreeding and things of that nature. Anything to make a sale. I have a feeling he'll quit after this incident . I just wanted people to see what he's actually doing. No crazy computer hacking stories no fake accounts , just Ariel being the true Ariel. Thank You for an outside perspective though Andrew and I will take that into consideration.

Here's some more bigotry by Ariel Cudia . He sent me this because he knows I'm Mexican .
On top of which this last weekend I was booted from the local AAE (All Animal Expo) because Ariel lied once again and told the guy in charge that I threatened his children. I can't believe people prefer to believe Ariel who's history can be seen here in this thread over a person who has an outstanding BOI . This is the reason this hobby is going to the heap it is .

Well this post was just linked to another BOI and I just finished reading it. All I can say is WOW. Not only does this Ariel Cuda seem like he wasn't socialized as a kid, he tries to act all tough Instead of threatening people over facebook messages he should worry about learning how to be a normal member of society. Another one definitely added to my no buy/sell list.

oh yeah and Ariel decided to keep threatening me recently as seen in these screenshots of my facebook . Notice I haven't contacted him in over 2-3 years yet his infatuation with me continues and of course since I had issues with Mike Matson recently, Ariel wants to make it clear he's my #1 stalker.I repeatedly told Ariel I wasn't interested in his advancements , but he seems to be one of those guys that doesn't get the picture.
