I was told that was where the seller was at. He's local there.

I was wronged. How many times will you hear this? AND an innocent mans name was sent to me. Would you be pissed? Sure you would if it did not get cleared up?

This has been explained how many times now... It was a screw up on the paperwork. It was a normal healthy rtb enough said. Now a month later you find its sick and want justice. I think it was your rodents that caused this mess. You really have no recourse here its been a month and you didn't even make the purchase. And btw its not flamming its other members responding to your off the wall thread.

Ok I wish I could type slow. I have said many many many times I am a friend of Dan's And I vend at the Clevelnd show. I purchased many of the boas from the same group of boas Dan got his from. We got them from the same guy! Hence why I started to help you. I posted that all mine are fine. Trying to help you narrow the sickness down. But you would not except my help.

REALLY? I posted that i have most of them snakes from them clutches. I posted that all mine are fine. I posted I have sold many of them now. And I have not received one complaint at all. This is to help you. I also posted that I would get the guys name for you. This was before you thought you were above the help offered. You did not want it. You wanted to go back to the snake being sick. I asked for a few days to get the name. You could not wait.

The mention of IBD sends people a message. This message i am not trying to send if you are reading too much into it. What i mean when i speak of disease is that signs showed, and not ruled out Viral.

You say you know who this original person who had me baby snake is. Why for the love of God would you not help the situation instead of coming here dragging out nasty messages about me and my situation.

I do know. I bought many of them snakes off the guy. I was more then happy toi help you. But you kept twisting things and going off about new things just to keep it all going. If you would have just gave me a day or two without twisting things I would have been more then happy to help you out. But I can not give this guys personal info out to you unless he now says it is ok. That is the respect I will give him. He does not know you he does not know off this deal.

Dan has admitted to much that was wrong. Okay. I admit the snake could have gotten sick many ways and even in transit!

Yep Dan messed up and he said that ages ago. But then you kept on and on and on and on about it. But yet he said sorry many many times and then you would bring it up again. And again. Then think of something new to bring up. I feel you do nto want this fixed you just want it to continue here.

Why would you come to a huge public forum with many many breeders who's lives depend on sales of snakes and represent yourself as a person who would not help a person who has gone through many mistakes with the transaction of this snake?

Read my first few posts on this very thread. PLEASE READ THEM. I was going to help you out. I CONTACTED DAN. I told him of this thread. Once I found out where the snake came from I posted all the info I had. I told you how all my snakes were doing. Oh yeah I am also a breeder here lmao. But I was more then willing to help but read your posts. YOu want more then just the guys name. You want to find anything to make the other party look bad.

I requested the vet papers to be posted just like you did Dans paper work. But yet you say NO I want this and that. You must also help the situation. If you did not take it to the vet just say so lets get to the bottom of it. ANd to answer your question that breeder is not a big time guiy he breeds some boas and seems to me all healthy but the one you have.

I really really need to know who produced this animal so i can relax a bit and focus more on this snake instead of trying to get him to either make a posting or give me his name...please.

What will you do call him? Say his animals are sick? If he had sick animals I would have seen it by now.

It almost seems as though he does not want to be mentioned here. Or you don't want him mentioned here for whatever reason.

I'm simply asking for the breeders name. Or at least tell me has any of his Boas ever been sick and died when sold shortly after, or anything that may help. I bought from chaosreptiles in good faith! With promise of breeder!!!

If this man has great dealings with people, fantasic! I do have one of his babies he produced! This info. can be extremely important to the future of the snake. I want to claer this up as much as the BOI would like to see it cleared up. This is why i am here and now yet again. I don't want to wait until the show the 14th... My snake seems to be doing ok. Alot has happened from shipping to papers...no matter what happened, i do think i should have the respect of having correct papers as was promised before the payment of my money to chaosreptiles.

Agian I have told you I have many of the guys snakes and all are doing great. SO he has had good dealings!

The Cleveland show is sad 99% of the people who sell reptiles there are in it for the money animals be dammed! Witch is a sad part of our hobby.

Myself and a few others are working with (city of Brook Park) where the show
is held to have it shut down. Or have something put in place to help safeguard
the buyers who attend this sad show from buying a sick animal.

Other things being talked about is a vendor MUSThave a license to sell reptiles within the city limits. And MUST provide to buyer with paper work on said animal. Or offer a 90 day period on said reptile.

So much damage can be done to an animal in 90 days if not given the proper care. You are suggesting sellers should be responsible for the buyer's ignorance. Never going to happen!

Besides the fact that how you care for your animal is beyond a breeders control. You could claim almost anything was wrong with the animal and seek a refund kinda like what Kairo is doing

I have yet to see any proof that the snake in question A) has been taken to a Vet. or B) Is not already dead.

I'm still willing to bet that its already dead.

on a side note, i go to the cleveland show pretty regularly, and i have a few people added to my dont buy from list. gary o especially. he did more to kiss up to his buddies and derail this thread (one in which he should have had very little part in) than any other poster here. way to go, gary o!

Lets see where to start. I am the one that contacted Dan. No one else did.

Once I found out where the snake was from I started to help PAM. Read the thread. I offered to find out the breeders name for here. I offered all the info I had about the clutch. I even said Dan was wrong in the paper work. I even stated that Dan was wrong about the het being produced by Tim.

Lots of kissing up huh?

I posted the facts about everything I caould. Pam wanted background info on the baby. I have most of the clutches. Or I did have lol.

So I am not sure how I do not have anything to offer. As I was set up two tables down from the guy. I just do not remember his name. I tlak to hundreds of people every weekend and it does not help I am nto good with names.

The only reason I will not give out the name now is the way pam has acted. I will talk to him when I can and let him know of the situation. If he chooses to get involved then that is his choice. It is not my choice to involve him. That is what respect is.
