    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ah and you my friend will never know. See that's the great mystery of two people reaching an agreement over a sale that could have gotten pretty nasty. Hope more people can do the same.

Pamela and I did reach an agreement, and i think the both of us are satasfied about the outcome. The boa is doing much better as well, so it seems after all this excitement and confusion there will be a happy ending to this after all.

Could have? If you had called Dan instead of starting this thread it would've been handled days ago without the drama. Maybe you learned something about umping the gun.

boas from was not at the show this past sunday, but apparently he is vending
at another show this month. I am going to send the reciept that we talked

I have contacted Dan Peck via Phone and email. He has said he will send the paperwork on the Boa. He has not to this date. Look at the date on the emails, they are months old. Now he does not answer my calls.
I sold the snake. The snake i bought was sexed for me by two different people and was FEMALE (i know his site says they can't always be right about sex, fine)

This message is to let others know i have been lied to and do not like giving my money to people who DO NOT follow through with their transaction on a purchase.

BEWARE OF CHAOSREPTILES. I WAS RIPPED OFF. DEAL NEVER COMPLETED.

The emails speak for themselves.

I will not be checking back on this message, it's over now. Just a heads up to others who want (and are promised) a complete deal when purchasing a reptile, please beware.

Am I following this right?

1. You bought a het male (I am assuming a het of some sort since paperwork is involved) that turned out to be a male.

2. You never got the paperwork from the seller on the genetics.

3. You have now sold the animal without paperwork as a female since you did not get a male which was what you originally purchased.

4. You are posting a warning to others to avoid this seller since he sends mis-sexed animals, does not include the paperwork on the genetics as per the agreement, and then refuses to respond to your inquiries.

Am I right?
 
Worthy of a follow up response yes.

Dan and i had an agreement in the "older" thread posted that we cleared everything up. He has not. This new thread is about my purchase with Dan Peck, and him not completing it. The emails should speak for themselves! I never recieved the papers Dan said he would provide for me. If you sell anything, and say you will do this or that you do it! He did not.

This is the purpose of this thread. Read the emails. Read what he says. You will then understand what he said he was going to do for me with the purchase of the Boa. He did not. And i bought a male, it's female. I read his site, ok they can get the sex wrong.

Sexing snakes is not hard! Sending paperwork that he clearly says he was going to do months ago is not hard to do! He did not complete the transaction, but he recieved payment from me.

I hope you all understand. Read the emails.

This information should Still be posted in that old thread, as this is not a NEW transaction. id be understanding of a new thread for a new transaction, but not when its the same deal.

How long has it been now since you had this animal? Three Months? Didnt dan say he included the paperwork with that boa for you to help you cover bases with whatever state you are living in, and that was it? "he would come up with ANY info he had" for the time being?

and now you find out its not the sex you wanted? .... i know i check any animals i get in to see if they are the correct sex, its not that hard, and if you cant personally do it a vet can.

You got your snake, and a month later ( about? ) it got sick.... This is reminding me of another thread....

If any of the info i have posted is not correct, forgive me as i am still reading up on the other thread at this point in time.
 
OMG...

the crackpipe strikes again! every deal i have done with dan has been uber smooth. always makes follow up calls to see if everything was ok, and made it to me safe.
i hope this doesn't turn in to another one of those threads where she pitches a crazy fit.
this lady gets a wild hair up her butt every couple months to start crap once again.
She would be best suited for a soap opera with all the drama she is persistantly trying to start.
lets face it she probably let the snake die this time and wants a refund or to ruin dan's good name for taking the money she normally uses for pills.

It wasn't a het , it was a normal. For some reason she wants paperwork from the original breeder.

This should've picked up on the original thread instead of starting a new one.
 
For what it's worth i was told not to (by a mod i believe) go into this thread and dig it up. It has nothing to do with the name Tim Koppenhof being brought back up again.

This was what has happened with Dan and me. And a warning to those who may want to business with him, not about the past. The past came and went and never happened as it should have, i.e. Dan and i reached an agreement.

That was the purpose of the new thread, so people would be aware of his business practice. Not Tim Koppenhof as a title. It's misleading.

Yea. And not for some reason. As i was told i would get a record of the B-day, shed, and feeding etc. All of which i never recieved. I don't purchase any snakes normals or not with out at least a B-day, feeding etc. This helps me keep accurate records that are needed for me.

I would not adopt a dog without some info. about the animal, why should a snake be any different? And especially when it was told to me (read the emails) i would recieve that information. For those of you who do not understand, and there seems to be some of you, go back and read.

I am sure people who care about the animals they sell and the people who buy them see the transaction all the way through! That makes for good business. Chaosreptiles never came through. Don't understand yet...READ THE RECENT EMAILS TO ME.

I am done here. I had alot of support the last time. And i am thankful i had support from the big guys in this business.

you see most of the people here don't remember you from the myspace groups, but there are those of us that do. we knew you before your insanity saturated the BOI.

Read them , what part of he ( Dan ) is trying to get with the guy didn't you understand? It doesn't take much reading comprehension to realize the days he's giving is depending on catching the guy at a show.
