Pamela if what you post about getting funds reversed is true, then you are truly a thief. You did not buy paper work, you bought a snake w/ paperwork, got the wrong paper work and pitched a fit. The animal that you bought was healthy and you have since sold it. Dan owes you nothing but possibly some worthless piece of paper. Honestly if Dan didn't send it to you because of your actions in this thread I don't blame him. Personally, your on my not to do business with list, buyer or seller. You are just unbelievable. You are actually posting on a public forum that you are going to steal from Dan Peck?!?! I wont call you a pill head or any of that nonsense, you you really do act like a crazy! This is Josh From Chaos Reptiles, I just got off the phone with paypal. Here is what the agent told me:

1. There are no open case against us. (zero) Nor have there been any.
2. They said that she would have only 45 days to file a complaint.
3. There is no legitimacy to her claims, and they have no record of them.
4. If she sold the snake it must have been healthy.
5. She is not getting any money back
6. Even if she would have filed a claim, they would not have given her money without speaking to us first and getting our side of the story.
7. That she is just blowing smoke and trashing us.
8. if she did actually call yesterday, there would be open cases against us. Which there are not.

Now with that said. We have an 800 number with logs every incoming call and every city that the calls come from. None from Florida, no messages in our voice mail box either. No emails in our accounts. I don't know what else to say. People can read this and decide for themselves. I will say this, we have sold numerous snake and dry goods, with only one complaint-Pamela. We would be more then happy to do business with any of you on this forum (pamela excluded). You wont be hearing from us again on this forum. Thanks for everyones support.

why all the fuss is about paperwork for a normal Boa. Pam, you are coming off as a raging lunatic! I DO understand that FL law makes a paper trail a neccessity, but if breeder A or breeder B produced a normal Boa, who really cares?

Second thing, if ALL of the Boas in a litter are doing fine except yours, shouldn't that tell you something?

I can understand why you would want this off a public forum Dan. And i seen you watching yesterday and today, so you knew i was here.

I did file a claim via my account. (keep checking) I also talked with Paypal on the phone, they said to go to my cc company as well. Incomplete service.

Time does not matter when the sale was incomplete.

I told you last time i called you the owner of the Boa is not important, but b-day and sheds, feeding etc. was at that point. You did tell me you actually had his business card around there someplace, why lie??? I am not happy. I have waited with no response from you that this is going to take more time than you thought. If you would have kept in touch...

You did not follow up with the sale. That is bad for business, people want to know what is going on, be informed.

When you think about this, all i ever wanted was a complete sale! And still to this day this has not happened.

Yes, i will contact my cc company after 1 week, that's it Dan. I do want some info. that IS correct on the Boa. And feel free anyone who is in my area to call me on this. The snake can be back here in a heartbeat!!!! I have no use for it, it sexed as a female, and a friend has it. I can get it back. ONly traded for food (sorry about sale word, not sold)

And you are not me. Het or not, The original agreemant from Dan was i would recieve paperwork on this animal. I do educational speaking with my snakes. The baby Boa would have been great. I can't get into some schools without a reciept about this animal!!!! Understand? Think i waited long enough with no contact from the seller keeping me informed?

Everything else anyone said aside, Dans sale was incomplete, he admits this! So why don't you see this sale for what it is. I buy no animals unless i have proper information on them, none. It's important down the line, not just for breeding!!! All my reptiles are tagged with paperwork. Where they came from, age, sex feeding, sheds etc. That is not alot to ask when i purchase a snake.

I have been lied to, and waited. Nothing.

Just look at this sale for what it is.

How many times to i have to say the sale was incomplete! And, what's worse, some of you don't see this, Dan admits it!

I will explain myslef on this one, because it is worth of doing so.

In the state of Florida, you need a permit to exhibit, and papers with information about the species of reptiles you are going to exhibit, meaning It's an adult Boa Constrictor, and a reciept that this animal is in fact MINE!

A permit to exhibit is law. Reciept of ownership and species of reptiles is common in many schools, say young kids mainly.

I do lectures with a police officer who speaks about Indigos.

We both need reciept of ownership and species talked about in many public areas. Exhibit permit is required to take the animal out of an enclosed area into the public. Be it your front yard where neighbors will see or a public school. Reciept is needed at many that i infact own and the species involved.

That is not hard to understand. Snakes and the laws are not too kind these days.

A reciept from paypal regarding the purchase of the RTB should prove you paid for the snake meaning you own it. Thats pretty simple. As far as you opening a dispute through paypal you are very off with your thought process. Per their terms of service

13.3 Filing Deadlines. We will not grant any Claim unless you first initiate a Dispute in our Resolution Center within 45 Days of the date of the relevant payment and then escalate the Dispute into a Claim within 20 Days of the date you file your Dispute. It is your responsibility to keep track of the deadlines under this section.

You are way past the deadline unless you intend to lie somehow. I think as far as misrepresentation It would prove something if you actually showed an ad stating paperwork would be given with a normal RTB. You are doing nothing at this point but looking like a nut job.

I still don't understand the whole thing with the paperwork. If you needed a reciept, you have one through Paypal. You can't misrepresent any paypal transaction, you have to give your ID number on the transaction in question. The 45 day limit does not hold once you file the claim to paypal and contact your cc company. Chaosreptiles should have recieved an email today from paypal.

I am not scamming anyone, my complaint was clearly on their site. I also talked to a man (not giving name) who was very helpful. He helped me get through the complaint against chaosreptiles. As i did recieve the purchase, just not the complete purchase. Yes, a very valid reason why paypal would like to know of this sort of business.

Also an add for the RTB stating i would get the papers...umm, the emails are just that! Looking like a nut job was not the case for paypal.

Also my cc company WILL put money back into my account. I was told by paypal as well to contact my cc company. I'm no fool, i know i can get my money back.

I said earlier i will wait until next week for papers on this snake (as said will be done in Dans email to me today) after that, it's done. I will get my money back in my account. Sure i recieved half the purchase. I did not pay for just a snake, but info. on this snake. Proper info.

PS i did open a dispute with paypal and the order today, with a valid reason and they where more than happy to help me, and to see what transpires since this was not an ebay sale, but it still goes on record. And told the damn truth. Emails don't lie.

Read my reasons why i wanted/need paperwork on the animal. Also it was part of the SALE!!!! I'm not going through this again.

and it is a big IF, you actually sold the snake, and then get your money back from PayPal, you actually stole money! How can you see it any other way, and you stole the money because you did not get a reciept labeled, or written up like you wanted. You are the fraud, and EVERYONE that has read this thread will see it that way. I find it hard to believe that anyone will ever sell you anything after this too...
