Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

your mouth...saying you received HALF your purchase??? You really cannot believe that can you? Sounds to me like you are a scammer, and if you get your money back AFTER you sold the snake, that will be the nail in your coffin, and you WILL be a scammer.

thing is just an excuse, and a very poor one at that, to scam someone out of $75 by lying to Paypal. I really hope the seller sends her CC company a copy of this or a link to this thread.

Scammer, you bought a normal boa, I am sure there is something on the packaging, or somewhere in the box that you could have used to satisfy the FL law. If not, you should have asked what you need to meet the statute, and then tell the seller...this is what I need. You do not reverse the whole transaction because of a missing reciept, and then to sell the snake. Fine, sell the snake and as far as I am concerned, that ENDS the original sellers responsibility to you. Way to go, and sell a sick snake! You are a black eye to the reptile community.

You can open a dispute on goods being misrepresented. It happens every day Pammy. Go look it up and you are the one who cannot read. Go look at the terms again. It clearly states 45 days from transaction. Not only are you a trying to scam someone you are also clueless.

Those reasons are factually innacurrate. The type of paperwork you are carrying on about is not, nor has it ever been, required in conjucnction with a Class III license to sell and/or exhibit wildlife.

Furthermore, Paypal will not, and cannot, provide you with any type of refund. What has been posted is just empty rhetoric. Attempting a chargeback at this point would be a criminal matter.
 
We did get an email from paypal today. This email said:

"We are contacting you to let you know that one of your buyers recently
visited the Resolution Center and attempted to open a dispute against a
payment. The buyer wished to dispute the payment sent on Jun 12, 2007
(Transaction 62S97186GE9245102). This dispute has been deferred because it
was not opened within 45 days of payment." (meaning, it was closed)

"Although this dispute is not eligible for negotiation in the Resolution
Center, we have noted that the buyer was dissatisfied with this transaction."


Translation= She waited to long to file a claim. I called paypal again for the second time today(first time there was no claim yet), and this time they said she filed a claim today not yesterday, as she originally posted. We will not respond to your idle threats pam. Nor will we be drawn into this pettiness. If you think you can get your money back by disputing the charge, and we have no recourse....your wrong. Credit disputes are for things you did not authorize, this charge was authorized. You bough a snake-posted as a snake for $75, not a snake for $70 and papers for $5. We don't sell papers, we sell snakes. You have dug your self an inerasable hole on this forum, which will be looked at during the course of the cc companies investigation. So don't wait a week, call your cc company right now. In fact i encourage you to contact your cc company, so we can put an end to this nonsense, one way or another. But just bc you dispute a charge on your credit card does not mean you automatically get your money back. They do an investigation, find out who currently has the goods sold. Oh and they would not be disputing the charge with us, they would be disputing it against paypal, So paypal would go to bat for us. I know, bc thats what paypal told me on the phone only 5 minute ago. They also told me they DO NOT encourage or tell their customers to contact their cc companies. Don't do us any favors by waiting. This is gone far enough.....if your gonna draw, then draw, but if not then put that smoking gun away!

First off this the complaint goes on record, after 45 days or not! It stays!
Second, yes, i asked and was told it would be a good idea to contact my cc company as well.
Third, i never stated anything about papers being sold! This sale was incomplete due to not recieving intangible item/s with my purchase. (snake is tangible, the item has monetary value) papers are intangible meaning they have 'other' value to a sale.

Botttom line. People have almost anything removed from their Credit card for "reasons", and i simply filed a complaint. Legit yes, they accepted! It's noted. It's going to be there.

I don't want to play, that's for kids. I want what is owed to me. Part of the sale. There is a need for papers on that snake.

Whoa. Let me clear this up. You are sadly wrong. My cc company goes after the company who sold the item. I called my cc company today. They will not go after paypal. Paypal is only a safe means to pay for an item.

I have had items broken taken off my card before, i am no stranger to how this is done.

If i recieve an incomplete purchase, as i have i can make a claim.

So, i made a complaint, ok. Why did i wait months for papers that "are in the mail this week-end"!!!! Months ago?

Stop trying to play hard ball, it will never be in your court. I said earlier i will wait on those papers, and you at chaosreptiles wont hear from me again. If i don't get them, i am filing. Who wouldn't? I want what is owed dude, that is all.

Get off the high horse, and step up to the plate and send the rest of what was paid for and it's done!

Now, i am done, i am waiting for papers as Dan said today. You wont hear from me again. Your not dealing with a kid here, i know my rights as a buyer, and the system. Half A$$ed sales don't cut it today.

Pammy You are a piece of work to put it lightly. You have no recourse at all. You are attempting to commit fraud and no you will stop all actions if he gives you what you want. You are simply crying wolf. Go for it don't make threats. Just do it. Everything you have written is public record and can come back and bite you in the end. There have been numerous knowledgeable people who have tried to give you the straight facts. You seem to be the only person who believes you have some leverage on anyone. Do yourself a favor Costa Mesa Jane and just let it go.

You reasoning for the paperwork is not legit. Like it was said earlier, you bough a snake, not papers. I'm still trying to figure out how you lost money and I'm not seeing it yet. You have no claim, only delusions. You didn't answer my question on how much you got for the snake. What did you recieve for the snake?
 
Seems to me like your are a thief, just like many others have said. You got the snake. According to post #438, you will be getting the "paperwork" you demanded. You sold the snake and got money for it. And you are still going through with the chargeback on the sale, which is fraud and YOU should be reported to Paypal for filing a fraudulent claim. How much are you charging back? The entire value? That is fraud, no matter how you look at it. You got what you ordered AND have already sold the snake. You showed you had a receipt (albeit with an error on it). Why should Dan send you anything? You have already said you are going to steal the money back. Money that you know is not rightfully yours.
