    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just got home and found this little guy. It’s a total surprise seeing an albino. I bred a tremper male to a tangerine female. My intent was to create tangerine het albinos. Well, I guess it turns out that the female is already het for albino! I produced the mother from a tangerine to golden yellow breeding a few years ago. So somewhere along the lines there is an albino gene running around. This is what makes leo so fun!!

It’s clutch mate hasn’t hatched yet so I’m anxious to see what it will be.:D

Cody, that is awesome!! Now your going to be dying waiting for every other egg to hatch this season to see if you get anymore surprises.

Thanks Jeremy! Yeah, I’m already pacing like a worried dad looking and checking every minuet. LOL. I’m too anxious now…

thats awesome, i had a little suprise as well yesterday but i will post it later. not as big a suprise as yours but still a suprise none the less. VERY nice baby!!

Awesome baby, I love surprises, I think thats one reason I love the leo breeding so much, you never know what will pop up in the incubator!

If that happend to me, I would think that my eggs got mixxed somewhere in the incubator...(Musical Tuperware) lol

Thats wierd how the gene snuck in like that. But thats how we got the first albinos.

Cool how lucky we are all doing this year with our hets.

Thanks guys! I’m pretty excited about this little one. When his clutch mate hatches I’ll let you know what he is…

yay! i like the GOOD incubator surprises :) pretty pink and white albino too.

Congrats Cody!!!! That is one of the many things that makes this hobby so much fun.... The Surprises!!! Can't wait to see the clutch mate!

I’m 2-0 now…

Thanks everyone! Well, I was surprised again. The clutch mate hatched last night and it too is an albino. I can’t wait to see what her future babies look like. She’s still gravid so hopefully there are more albinos on the way. . . yeeehawww!!
