In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hate it OR Love it...

I was looking at those pics. Nothing gives reference to size. I am interested in a few things. 1. Will you have a very small berm or a huge bp? How big will they get? 2. Most importantly what type of temperament dose the snake have? I don't know a lot about burms but I love the bp's temperament.

Just a few odd questions. dose the snake actually "ball" up? Is it able to reproduce?

I am not against X's but would like to know what they are aiming for. Personally I think the bp's are perfect now. I like the size, temperament and all the awesome patterns/colors that are comming out.

a german produced albino ball burm crosses as well as hets.

i think it was this past summer.

the hets were really nice looking, but i think the albinos left something to be desired.

So much controversy. Its his animals, let him do what he pleases, if he wants to breed hybrids then let him do it. Its not like whatever you anti-hybrid people say are gonna change his mind.

I personally never saw what was so wrong about hybrids, we're not playing god or anything like that. Now genetically engineering animals, thats playing god, but again, I dont think any thing is wrong with that either.

IMO Hybridization & genetic engineering are the same thing; one just takes longer than the other.
If we don't play God...who will? :reddevil:

The ball pythons were normals -- not het albino. The only way that albino could have come from the same clutch is if the clutch had 2 fathers -- the normal male ball and the albino male burm. The albino looks to be 100% full burm.

Yeah those albino "burmballs" are nothing but albino burmese pythons. I've seen some normal burmballs online, and they're very clearly a hybrid between the two species. Google burmball and you'll see some pics of normals.

so what now, Darwin?

Did you try once and give up? Were you just feeling feisty and controversial?

Did you give this an effort?

I'm just askin'.

Sorry to bump an old thread,

After reading this thread throughly I'd just like to say this person was a mistake to begin with, such a mistake with a selfish mind that he decided it would be okay to cross two vastly different species. A mistake who tried to produce another generation of mistakes... people like this sicken me.

I just found this and thought I would add my two cents. I want to say, to each his own. If people don't like what you produce then they don't have to look at or buy them. Good luck with future pairings I hope whatever you produce works out for you. Remeber it only matters what you like, not the opinions of others.
