    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Why didn't you freely give up their phone number?   I think you can see how frustrated people are about this, come back on here and GIVE IT UP!!!!!!!!!  Jeff, the only inside person to the phone number sooooo many want.

Hello all:

My name is Scott Bulgrin and I have been ripped off by Angela Fletcher and Al Heck for ball pythons.  I have not had any contact from her since May 25, 2002 and have not received a refund. With respect to Al's offer of restitution-Bull####.  I have reported them to Kingsnake.com, the FBI Internet Fraud Consumer Complaint Section, and the Havana, IL police dept.  for internet fraud, false advertising, and mail fraud. I would suggest that any others do the same.  I also am filing fraud charges with the U.S. Post Office, the New Mexico Attorney General for Consumer Protection, and the Illinois Attorney General for Consumer Protection.  I plan on charging her with fraud to as many agencies as possible, and will continue to follow up on them.  Hopefully, her so called business will be shut down.  I will be happy to assist anyone else who has been ripped off by her and her boyfriend.  I would also beg, anyone who is contemplating doing business with her NOT TO DO SO!!!!

I can't believe that she is STILL posting on Kingsnake!!!! I guess she is not phased at all about the reality of what she is doing can get her in serious trouble! I hope everyone in this hobby now knows of her and will avoid her. I hope that everyone that she has burned will speak up and take action. This add was posted on June 5. Prices are really out of this world. Just as an example Estillian Reptiles is selling 100% hetero Butterscotch females for $400 (which I believe is already a good price)

Have-a-Herp is selling theirs for $225 a pair and additional females at $150!!! Possibles go from $130 to $175 a pair. (Those of you that have been in this list for a while probably remember the "Tyronne" thread).

They have now diversified their business and now sell a list of African Exporters!

Jeff, I know you are enjoying the balls you traded for your Nintendo. Good for you. But if I were you I wouldn't put too much hope on the genetics of those snakes. Kingsnake.com is doing absolutely nothing to stop this. It's in your hands to do the right thing and provide the telephone number of Have-a-Herp to the people that have been deceived in one way or another.

OKAY,,i lost the paper that their ### was on,,,BUT i do remember some of it...it will be easy to find the area code,,i dont remember that,,,but i am positive that the last 4 ###s are 9099,,,and i am fairly sure that the first 3 ###s are 357... however,,everytime except twice,,,when i have called that number,,,it said customer is unavailable...  you should be able to find the complete ### with what ihave given...good luck

Hey!, enjoy them for what they are, beautiful baby ball pythons. Don't get into the "morph craze". Don't get me wrong, I do believe they are 50%s, but the "other 50"!!!

Hello all:

The tale continues...thanks Jeff for the telephone #, I called and left a message with Angela.  Al Heck, her former boyfriend contacted me on June 9, 2002 stating he would send out the restitution on Tuesday the 11th after getting paid.  I will wait until Saturday, June 15th to receive it, then I will continue to file fraud charges and continue to call Angela about the refund. I have received the fraud forms from the State of New Mexico, the State of Illinois, and the U.S. Postal Service.  Her telephone number will help these agencies, if it comes down to it.  As I said before, the FBI Internet Fraud Dept. now has a file on her, so does the Havana Police Dept., and Kingsnake.com Abuse Dept.  If I do not receive the refund I will continue to contact these agencies to follow-up what is being done.  I will keep everyone posted.

     I do think you are doing the right thing by turning her over to the authorities, she has taken peoples hard earned money and spent it, before the transactions were completed, which I believe is horrible business practice, she should never spend the money until snakes were delivered and approved of by buyer in case of a refund being needed.

   I just hope no one does.  I really hope they are shut down by the authorities first.  Thay do not seem phased about the number of paeople who have reported them to the police, FBI, you name it, hopefully they get a visit by one of these agancies.

It sure is great that they worked it out and got back together.  And it seems good that they are getting out of ball ptyhons since they can't get it right how to do business.  So they are going to sell off all of their stock to keep focus on their own issues.  Kudos for knowing when to give up the ghost.

BUT, what about all these people who are still sitting and waiting on refunds and/or animals?  Seems like they are getting left out again.  Or are you going to wait until you get ANOTHER paycheck or until you sell the animals you have for sale NOW before these people get restitution?
 
I think Angela should offer some of those hets to the people she hasn't paid back. She should give them that option anyway! It's ridiculous that some people still haven't gotten a refund, but yet she is still posting!
 
I thought about that too, but when I contacted her about it she did not reply so I figured she might not have these snakes either.  I contacted her and Al and they both replied that Al sent my refund out on Tuesday, June 11th. I will wait until next Tuesday for it.  I have other fraud forms ready to go just in case.  I'll let everyone know.

Scott,,as much as i hate to say this about Al and Angela,,,they leave no one any choice!!! Scott,,STOP GIVING CHANCES!!!!!! it is painfully obvious to me((which makes  me feel bad because i stuck up for them))that they have no intention of making restituition to the people who have not recieved their orders!!! do what you have to do!!! stop taking their excuses,,,because tha is all they are,,,,excuses!!!! Al,,i am sorry to be saying this,,,but you have ripped these people off,,,,PERIOD!!! restitution has been sent to them. I cannot send money I do not have so I had to wait until I got my bonus check at work. Payment I will repeat was sent out and it should be there this week I would imagine. I mailed out all three refunds on tuesday last.

WAIT A MINUTE!  You should have there money still because the order was never completed!     You guys spent the money before even finishing the transaction, and now these people have to wait until you get paid from mcdonalds for a refund, come on man you are NOT a reputable business man and neither is Angela.  
You guys are just bad all around!  Thank god I have never done business with you, I wouldn't have given you any chances!
This is the stuff that makes you so mad, these people sent you there hard earned money to do business with you and you ripped them off!   SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!

Al and Angela I hope you get everything you deserve!!
