    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I thought so...that's where the 50K in taxes I pay year go....its part of his paycheck...I just want to know who his is so if I ever see him I can shake the hand of the dumbest person I have ever met. I hope he considers his gene pool before he decides to reproduce.

Nah, HSUS is a lobbying organization, they don't provide any funding to research. This report has legal smattering all over it, which was probably written by an environmental lawyer(s) employed by USFWS in Washington who may or may not have a scientific background. I've interacted with several environmental lawyers in the past and it's quite frankly frightening how little they actually know of natural processes, yet they're responsible for drafting our laws. Once, I had an environmental lawyer ask me how streams got to be so "S" shaped all the time. I stared at him in horror... he was going to be responsible for writing environmental law yet he didn't know about the principles as basic as erosion and sediment deposition? That's something you learn at the beach when you're four years old and digging trenches in the sand for the ocean to fill in, for Pete's sake! Insane!
