    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Have you seen a spider like this??

Hey all, just wanted to share some baby pics. This little one hatched out and is just amazing. Look at that dorsal!! :eek::D Here are a few pics of one of her clutch mates (double sire), it has to be one of the craziest pastels I have seen. Do you think there is something going on with mom? She looks as normal as can be other than a fire type head spot (which a lot of the other hatchlings picked up as well). Dad was a top shelf pastel and the other dad was a low white high gold spider. The spider hatchling almost looks like a pinstripe! And the pastel almost looks firefly. Maybe its just me getting excited over new babies, but it gives me an excuse to show off the baby pics :D I cant wait to see them after shed...

I'd go with Lukes comment, the mom's reduced pattern make the spider look like that. Might be genetic banded spider, but you wouldn't know that without further breeding of either him or mom.

I have this one here. It was sold as just a spider? hope to find something out soon.

These striped spiders are cool. Mine looks just like my reduced pattern pin. I may raise it up and see what comes from breeding it. Even if it just produces more striped spiders I'd be happy. Can't wait to see mine out of shed...
