    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

oh my.....i dont think ive EVER seen anyone act like that..that is extremily childish, and sick. sounds like someones pullin the same card, with everyone thats involved. i have a feeling they wont be along for to much longer. just sad that they have to take an honest person and play games like this. hope you can sort things out hank, and never have to deal with these ppl again!!
 
Wow, this behavior is absolutely disgusting. Nothing less of an imature person that had buyers remorse and didn't get his way. Good luck buying your animals from petco because I have a felling your days are numbered here.

First of all Mr.Boyles isnt racist nor does our disagreement with him have anything to do with race,just fraud.Next Fauna was dead wrong for banning Elronza but not banning Brd7666 who brought up the past.And once again noones playing a card just the hand we we were dealt.Those emails were sent to us and you people act as if were the ones wrong.Man you people are sick!! And above all else can any of you even read? All of the emails we posted concerning Mr. Boyles show where he is indeed wrong.Furthermore The last post Elronza just did shows where the other people said nasty remarks to us.

Elronza got an automatic ban because of multiple infraction points that had built up over time, the last infraction was due to the profanity in the post.

Of course not. The site should pay you big bucks to translate all BOI posts into easy-to-understand comic book pictures. And then for those who can read just a little, post a paragraph telling us who we REALLY ought to believe :rolleyes:
 
And still nobody has ALL the emails..???

I have yet to see emails from both parties agreeing to a ship date, or any proof of dropped contact.
 
I have the email that say I will ship in the next 2 weeks as you can see the beginning of some of them in his post. I am just not sure how to post screen shots or what all the rules are for posting on the BOI. I am sorry to all that this had to brought out like this. I am going to deal with it through paypal. I don't want all the details put on th BOI until after I deal with the situation there. I will post the details after they are finished. After what I have rad I am sorry I got sucked into this horrible situation some very nasty people. I am not running away I am just making sure that everything is now done by the book and on my time not their's. Sorry if I come across a little rude but this whole situation and thread to me is uncalled for. The paypal incident is completely uncalled for but it be dealt with on my time.

He didn't. The closest thing I can find is that he said he would be shipping if work cooperates with him. That's hardly a guarantee that he was. I see no responses confirming shipping.

I would like to state to the buyers here that your impatience and overly worried nature in making the transaction stands out far more to me than any problems that the seller may have had getting his ducks in a row to ship.

Heck, I waited a lot longer than two weeks for a shipment and you also need to be a little flexible. I can understand worrying but to automatically start a claim before coming to a understanding is a bit much. It was three days from funds sent. He clearly stated a two week time frame and that he would try to get them out Monday but Tuesday would be better.

At this point, I would send the funds back. If you do make sure you process it correctly so neither of you are out any funds and neither party will be charged fees.

I would be hesitant as a seller to continue the transaction at this point. Particularly considering there is a open dispute with PayPal.
 
As the emails show there was no set in stone shipping date because he wanted Monday I said I was on sure but in the 2 week period of time, weather permitting, I could get shipping done. On Sunday I recieved no conformation if someone will be home because I noticed the paypal account was unverified and that put ahold on my shipment. I marked as shipped because I had planned on shipping but I didn't hear back from them until I got a message from paypal and then the BOI. A friend made me aware of the post. I replied right away. Shipping could have been have possibly been done if they would have fully confirmed everything Monday or Tuesday. Or Sunday for that fact. That is my point all along. I am sorry that they felt I should be faster but without conformation of recieving my intent to ship I will not ship. I am sure paypal will fix everything and I will be done with them. I am not a fan of being called a theif or of being run through the mud without full just cause.

The seller would be foolish at this point in time to even consider shipping the animal. He should refund the money immediately, and be done with it. It's clear who should be labled the bad guy here, and everyone can clearly see it.
 
Apparently, Elron's access has been removed temporarily....too bad he felt that my admonition about posting uncensored profanity didn't apply to him. On top of that, it was a bunch of anonymous crap (even though I can see where it would still be upsetting, it has no place on this forum).
Be advised, Elron, that using your wife's (or any other account) to bypass your ban will not be tolerated.....let the time go by, and you'll be free to return.

Do you have a comprehension problem? Not being mean just curious. I don't think anyone stated you didn't send payment in full. Also, You keep posting proof of a guarantee shipping day with nothing that confirms you both agreed with certainty to ship at that time.

Hank, there is no need to wait out a paypal determination. Just state that you agreed to ship within two weeks and the buyer opened a dispute three days after sending payment. Tell them you are issuing a refund then issue it. Paypal will then close the dispute. Issue a refund, Don't just send the funds back like you were making a purchase or the buyer will be charged fees and the issue will be dragged out and paypal will not know it was a refund. . A lot of inexperienced people make the mistake of sending funds back like it was a separate transaction.
