    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I am sorry that it had to come to this with this thread. I just want to say I am not racist in any way shape or form of the word. I did fly off the handle and I did not take care of buisness in a professional manner. I have been fighting with some family members and I think I took it out here because I haven't been home much lately. When everything finializes with paypal I will post the results on here. All I can is wow about the last Elron post. Sorry that all had to see that escpecially because this thread IMO was started a little prematurely and I over reacted. I have made some of my family made at me here lately over this also and I appologize to them also.. I am not hiding or trying to excuse my actions and I realize that I have lost a good bit of trust among those around me and those on this site. Until I get my afairs in order I will not be selling on Fauna. I need to as they say "Get all my ducks in a row".
 
Elronza, you seem to easily throw around that race card every time someone disagrees with. I think everyone here knows there is nothing racist about Harald.

Heck, you will probably state I must be racist for doing this.

Look at that address and compare it to the one in the arrest record (in the post above it). Dennis is showing that the Elronza with the criminal background is the same Elronza from this thread.
 
Oh, Ok I already new that LOL I had 3 hours to kill to I read up on Elronza and Neil Gubitz. What a show they know how to put on. Anyways back to the topic, I don't get how he doesn't realize that people are saying that he is due the snake immediately OR his money back?! Sometimes people just get so wrapped up in having to argue that they don't realize when people are taking their side (minus the overreacting of course)

Just like beating the dead horse, SEND THE MONEY OR SNAKE. The buyers in this case are insane. I wouldnt allow my seller to ship until the conditions were right. i finally got my snakes a week or two later. I have read over this entire thread and its all ridiculous. both are horrible business people to start. The buyer more than the seller. I for one, will NEVER do business with either. Pretty much to sum all this up is....ready...do your research and look up who is selling/buying. if there is nothing, start a thread and inquire if anyone has dealt with the party being dealt with.

Rachel...I have been shipping with UPS as an approved reptile (including snakes) shipper for more than 12 years now....so yes you are wrong. In order to ship reptiles with them, you must be approved by them first. Also....I don't know how this can be a violation of Lacey Act. Lacey act has to do with interstate shipping of species that are listed on the endangered species act.

I have been shipping reptiles (including snakes) with UPS for the last 12 years. In order to ship with UPS, you need to be approved by them as a reptile shipper. And as for violating Lacey Act....this has nothing to do with that law. Lacey Act prevent people from interstate transport of species listed under the Lacey Act (endangered species list.)

Actually Ty that is not correct. The Endangered Species Act of 1969 applies to your statement. The Lacey Act applies specifically to the interstate and International trade in live plants and animals and products of same.
