    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This is off topic and doesn't matter, if you want to harass Elronza do it on Craigslist and other places that you have been on.

My post isn't the only off topic post, and I'm not the one who brought up the arrest topic. Your post is just as much off topic as mine or anyone elses. I'm sure my post doesn't matter to you, and your post doesn't matter to me.

No, I'm saying that their credibility is in question and that information should be known by everyone considering buying/selling from/to them. It depends what someone has been to jail for and how many times they have been arrested. In his case, he hasn't just "been to jail" he has been arrested 4 times for: battery domestic violence, no valid license, aggravated battery w/ a weapon, and a concealed weapon. So for Elronza based on that information and his own actions............. ABSOLUTELY he is not credible in my eyes! You feel free to make your own choice and deal with him if you want......good luck with that.

I have not done much shipping yet but UPS is the one i ship through. When trying to go to fed ex i was informed that i must be approved by them for shipping by sending them one of the boxes i use and having it run through shipping to make sure it stands up(unless you use SYR which use pre aproved shipping boxes) When shipping through UPS they told me it I dont have to be approved but the facility itself has to. We have 2 locations here one of which i cant ship out of and the other I can. Perhaps they have changed policys lately Ive just got confused from people saying you cant ship reptiles what so ever through UPS than you saying you have to be verified. didn't make my head hurt as bad as this thread though :)
 
Maybe I dont get it and I need someone to clarify this. This is a website for all of us who have the same thing in common. We have a passion and love, respect for animals. Something many people wont take the time out to appreciate. The BOI is to warn or complement people if im not mistaking. Im in shock that people is putting up arrest photos, and researching this man and putting all this stuff on this thread. What does that have to do with the original post? I am new to this site, not too many friends on here so when I read threads Im in no way shape or form biased to anyone's situation. I been reading everything and it just shock me the stuff that is said and so off topic. Just my opinion

Thank you :thumbsup: at least some one else sees it the way I do. It gets to a point that I (to a certain degree) agree with Elronza having that chip on his shoulder when it comes to people HARASSING him.

Some one posting on ALL of his Craigslist ads to get them removed, and creates a team to do the same not to mention constantly bashes him and (from an outsiders view in) has it out for him, for absolutely no reason other than they feel he isn't trustworthy is ridiculous to me.

It is all to apparent to me and hopefully to others too, that people tend to group up and always take each others side (Bully effect) so they can say what they want and know some one has their back regardless of what is right. Just my 2 cents.

I believe the majority of the people here have stated that no-matter what has transpired, the bottom line now is that Hank owes him a refund, Period.
Hank is the only one that is holding this transaction up from being completed.

As far as off-topic material, Nobody here has remotely stated anything racist towards Elronza. The people here addressed Elronza's decisions in this transaction. Because he didn't like some of the peoples reasoning why they criticized him for the way he addressed this specific topic, Elronza brought up and posted racist comments he states he received on another site that has nothing to do with Fauna. Those comments had nothing to do with this site or even this transaction. At this point, people here have posted multiple opinions both favorable and unfavorable to Elronza's decisions in this specific transaction. In return we were labeled all racists because of those disagreements.

One of the the moderators here asked him to follow the rules and he was meet with he must be a racist too. He received a three day suspension for not following the rules. Upon his return he immediately attacked a moderator, cursing, calling him a racist for infractions he received last year for not following the rules. Again, off-topic and nothing to do with this transaction.

So, let me get this straight. The people here were meet with being called racists. He attacked two moderators and calling them racists for simply asking him to comply with the rules here. He stated this whole site and the members here are racist because they posted their individual opinions on this transactions. After all that, and everyone here has been poked and prodded for giving their opinions, they start to react. You then state that people are ganging up on him? You then lump everyone together (much as he did) stating they are

Nobody here has taken Hank's side at this point. Matter of fact, I think everyone that has posted has stated Hank is clearly in the wrong. The longer that the funds take to get back to Elronza's makes him look more and more like Elronza was right in the beginning.

On face value of what happened in the beginning of this thread it appeared Elronza jumped the gun. People offered that opinion. Not all did but some. That's not people ganging up on him that is individual opinion.

So let's move to what you stated about the craigslist posts.

To suggest that a team of people are here assaulting his craigslist ads is ridicules. If those messages are true, they happened last year in a unrelated topic, on a different site. Nothing to do with the people posting on this topic. The posts referenced another topic that was on fauna but it wasn't this one. Only one email address was shown as well. I would hardly call that a team of people.

So in your mind everyone is suppose to sit here and be called racists scum. The OP can bring up topics that have nothing to do with the people posting at this time and was posted on another site and contribute what was posted to people giving their opinions here. You think people might take offense to that? As soon as they do, you throw up "their ganging up on him". Excuse me?
 
Dennis bravo on noticing the craigslist dates! Hope this gets resolved and if hank is going to do a refund he does it prompt to save himself from looking worse. I understand hanks resentment for the OP going off the handle and posting this thread before things were cleared up(its called benefit of the doubt) which cannot be had 2-3 days after your shipment has arrived. Wanting to make him have to go through the trouble of waiting for his money like hank has had to do to clear his name lol which didn't take much at first. But actually doing it is another thing it just looks bad on himself. I believe the OP has got what he had comming to him shortly after this thread was made so witholding the money was not neccisary. After reading these posts hank should understand how to do a screan capture and should post them of the e-mails where he asked for confirmation on address which will look much better on his part. elronza and his gf also after being asked many many many times never posted screan caps of the multiple e-mails they apperently sent when hank broke contact with them. this is so obviously like sooo many people have already stated an open and close case of either buyers remorse or an impatient buyer. Making a BOI thread after that short period of time is simply uncalled for. Ive had this happen many times when getting animals because you cant always expect things to go acording to plan. And every time i did i did not get ripped off and was more than satisfied and happy to wait.
 
Look at the buyer's profile, it says "banned." Who do you think is right? All buyers should have common sense and common courtesy. This guy doesn't seem to.

He is a common criminal. This is useful information for people that don't want to deal with a criminal and quite possibly be engaged in criminal activities. The scenarios are endless but let's say for example someone receives a stolen snake or someone goes to meet this guy and he pulls out a weapon. Someones whole life changed by something that could have been prevented.

Everything that's been posted on him is already public information that can be found on the internet, information that anyone can find if they research him. This thread serves as the same tool for research. It's sad because if this was a child websites and he was a sexual offender, some of you would be singing a different tune, I would hope.

Well, I just made it through this whole thread. I have to agree with you; I find a person's criminal background an important key to determine whether I would choose to do business with them. This kind of information, even without this fascinating thread, would be enough to make me choose not to do business with Elron. With the addition of the posts by him and his lady, I would never, ever choose to do business with the OP or his SO. I might choose to do business with the accused in the future, because can all make mistakes; but I would be exceptionally cautious, for sure. I suspect this is one of those threads where the OP (and in this case, his significant other) make things worse for themselves than the person they are accusing (who is no saint). On the other hand, can someone let me know what post # they disclosed that the date-to-ship was agreed on by both parties? I looked but didn't see it.

I couldn't agree with this more! I want to know the type of person that I'm giving my hard earned money to. Also, don't you think it would be useful information to know if a person was convicted of fraud or theft or something like that before you hand over your money? Call me paranoid but I do that kind of research on everyone I am considering purchasing from because I don't ever want to come on here and post a bad guy thread and get swindled out of my money; these boards sometimes just make it a little easier to find those types of things out (especially for those not-so-computer-savvy people). Why WOULDN'T someone post that kind of information on a person especially when it pertains to doing business with them? Makes sense to me. :shrug01:

While I agree with wanting to research prospective sellers (and buyers), remember in this particular case, the OP (the guy with the record) DID pay for the snake. He never received it, due to (IMO) misunderstanding, impatience, whatever ... he also, as far as anyone knows, has NOT received a refund. The seller refused to issue a refund until Paypal closes the dispute. The seller has both the snake and the OP's money.

They both make the "do not do business with" list, IMO.
