I cant comment the way I want to I been real busy. What I will say for short I do commend the good work that has been done by of some of the members. I just think sometimes some things are not called for. It is altogether bad that anyone would scam and rob, especially with animals. This is my passion so I dont need to get over. This one time the op was somewhat the victim. I am african american and I dont like using the race card and I dont conduct myself like the op but I just think sometimes playing matlock goes to far.

Seems that you have a better way articulating your thoughts into words for people understand we are not attacking anyone, but just trying to ask them to STOP, take a deep breath, and see EVERYTHING that EVERYONE is saying. Like I said in my previous post, based on the actions of both parties, they BOTH are in the wrong!

Me too, I wonder if this was a scammer, some one who is taking advantage of the situation at hand, (Elronza and his wife arent here anymore to tell us if he made good on the deal) or just a misunderstanding. Hopefully it just turns out that he didn't have time to ship the snake out, but does asap!

The seller stated pretty clearly that he'd washed his hands of this deal, so there isn't much reason to think/hope he's going to ship. He indicated that he was going to let the PayPal dispute run it's course; which, at face value, meant he'd let PayPal do the refund. Since Elron can't post the status of this - I'll shoot him a message next week if the seller doesn't provide proof of the refund before that.

I will move on and be more careful of my dealings and will align all my ducks before a deal is made. I did communicate just as I should have in my IMO.

That was on 4/17/2011. The money is not on his card as of yet, he will have to wait another 5 days to see if it's even there. But on another note. As for the PI report not sorry to disappoint the rest of you but the PI himself clearly states that it's his professional opinion that Neil Gubitz did that BS himself and tried to use Elron as a distraction. Elron doesn't steal doesn't need to he has money and his family does as well. OK, this is just.. wow. 1.) there is nothing worse than a person who pulls the race card. It demeans everyone involved, and trivializes what people HAVE gone through to achieve the levels of racial equality we have now.
2.) "A friendly fade".. seriously? Do normal adults actually have friendly street corner throwdowns? Only in the gang-infested areas do I see that here... also, your obsession with money is kind of disturbing. The posturing going on... well, I know who has made everyone's do not buy from list. I am not a buisnessman. I realize that some will not agree with the way I handeled things. I was very mad that the OP started a thread after I didn't reply to an email. I found only 1 email and it was to my payapl address which I don't check that often. It was not sent to my actual email address me and Elron had be emailing eachother on. I missed 1 email and was called a theif. That is enough to make a lot of people mad. My buisness ethics on this situation where not perfect but I have been on point with all other transactions I have conducted. I don't sell that many animals. I feel everyone is intitled to their opinion. I have fix the problem and that is the end goal no matter what. I am not a racist nor a theif. I am a small time collector who chose to let something take 2 weeks instead of a couple days but I did because I was pissed about the thread in the first place. This thread is done. Money sent back so I am not sure whay everyone feels the need to keep it going. Most of Fauna has seen it and will have their choice whether or not to do buisness with me or the OP. But to continue with the OP'S SO still calling people racist and telling how her SO has money and is a big baller is just getting as childish as me waiting to send the money back. I saw where the OP posted on my space that he is glad to be felony free he just posted today. I don't care if he has a criminal record or that he is a baller or whatever.
