Express (overnight or 2 day to some areas): $30, with LAG (see terms below).
Priority is available for $10, but there is NO LAG.
We fully insulate all our boxes and include a heat pack if needed or requested. We do not skimp on materials!
All packages (including priority) come signature required. We will not waive signature requests, sorry.
No international shipping available.

- Spiderlings of various species - if it's not currently on our list, we'd probably be interested.
We will entertain other trade offers, however, we are only interested in trading for tarantulas at this time. We reserve the right to ask that you ship first.

Live Arrival Guarantee
Live Arrival is guaranteed on overnight shipments only. Temps must be between 40 and 90 in your area on the day of shipment and delivery for LAG to be valid. Delivery must occur on the 1st attempt, and notification of the DoA must be made to us within 2 hours of the posted delivery time. Be advised, photos of the DoA may be required before refund or replacement is issued. LAG is for purchase only, not initial shipping. Freebies (if included) are not covered under the LAG policy.
Refund Policy
In cases of DoA, the customer will be given the choice between replacement or refund, if a replacement is available. Replacements will be shipped at our expense. No refunds or returns for buyer's remorse.
