    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Dang Mike, seems rather harsh don't you think?? Well I guess from now on anyone who has a bad guy thread or pretty much any thread other than a Good guy thread should be banned from the classified until all the other members of this site vote to allow them to post adds again.. That's really going to suck especially if some one just doesn't like you and post a thread just to mess with you and or your business. Put your name in the blank..(BOI thread title) Bad Guy ____________ sent me a snake last year that has worms coming out it's nose!!! Now if your well known and respected then things might not be to bad for you. If you have a few enemies or are not known then well you might want to give this thread some thought.

The parasites are really a non issue in this thread, as has been pointed out adnausium, over 10 months have passed. Are these the snakes that she was supposed to get?? Well I haven't seen anything that says they are not.

Could Ed have handled this better ?? I think we can all agree on that, yes he could have handled this better. Do many here dislike Ed ?? Doesn't take much work to figure that one out. Sure there are reasons some dislike the guy and I know some who have just cause to dislike him.. Boy this Thread sure looks like it was a gift to his detractors.. Randy

You touch on an important fact here.

Reputation.

mr. clark has a REPUTATION for lying and misrepresenting his animals.

THAT and that alone is why I've ridding his bony butt so hard. The fact that I personally despise him has nothing to do with this transaction.

IF he had a stellar reputation, was NOT KNOWN for lying and ignoring problems, my tack on this would have been different. I think many others would also have approached this from a different angle.

Emily, while new, has handled herself with dignity and respect. If anyone deserves the benefit of the doubt, it's her.

What you are, what you say, what you've done, these are VERY important things. mr. clark has proven himself, as far as I am concerned, to be a complete scumbag.

Emily has not done so. If she does in the future, then it's going to be HER bony butt that gets used and a saddle horse.

I don't think we'll ever see that though based on what we've seen so far.

I agree with you Alan to a point - The BOI "in my eyes" is to report both good and bad dealings with individuals - Some are legit, and some are unfounded - Some are worked out and some are not...

Perhaps a temporary suspension, rather than a ban is more of what I meant - Give him credit for the "time out" as to alotting the time not being able to post in classifieds as an extension to when this is all cleared up, or a monetary refund for the time due for him to post...

As it's quite clear in this forum, some have screwed others over royally and have no business "conducting business on this forum".

But make no mistake, Mr. C's husbandry issues have already come into play, and it is a "Fact", that he has sold and shipped mite infested animals - and turns around with the comment of "the gift that keeps on giving"...

Now we have more parasitic snakes coming from the same guy, questionable as to the origin of these snakes, and will not answer to the questions or accusations posed to him...

And you believe it's correct to let him keep posting classifieds ads here on Fuana ? With all due respect sir, I am in disagreement with you there - Mr. C needs to adress some of these issues 1st...

I don't think there will be no great loss to Fuana losing an individual like Mr. C.

I'm not sure if you are referring to me or not Randy, but I call it like I see it, and it is what it is - I was born and raised in NJ, and have nothing personal agains the man from NJ - It's his conduct and behavior that leaves much to be desired - In New Jersey I would consider him a pussy as he don't have the "balls" to stand up for himself...

He has advertised fresh CH imports by morph names. When pressed he changed it to "minor morphs". While the issue was being discussed here the as was locked by a moderator. Ed Clark unlocked it (because it was his ad) and edited it. He was warned about that publicly. See http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=99747 for details.

This is not going to happen. If Rich was to suspend people's accounts based on what is posted on the BOI, it puts him in the position of having to play judge and jury. To do so could potentially open him up to legal liability. He is not going to put himself in that position.

I have trusted all fauna members for years and only posted when I needed help, advice or information. I was never disappointed with the member replies and stand by the membership. Something however, must be done to minimize personal opinion when it regards responses. The rhetoric is destroying the value of this site.
Since, I have opened my mouth on this thread, I will continue.
Anyone that properly quarantines their new animals, would not have to post anything. It does not matter, the who, what,where, it matters,the what I did when I took possesion. Obviously the quarantine procedures of the complaing person are poor and represent the mentality of a pet snake owner more so than a developing herpetoculturist. Ever buy a used car?
As far as Ed goes, I don't know him well enough to judge. I am not standing up for him, I am trying to convey the responsibility of animal ownership. A responsible owner would have carried out at least a couple fecal tests on any new animals in their standard quarantine procedures.
I really think someone should pen " Standard quarantine procedures and protocol 101"
Reptiles mag would be glad to hear from you.
