So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

"Rumor" has it that you and Tyler are pointing the finger of accusation at others trying to figure out who leaked what, as if it matters. Here's a hint for the next time: If you weren't such girlie-man in all of this, it wouldn't matter. How pathetic still.
 
I agree with others. Either post proof or drop it Heika. If you really had vet bills then show them to everyone here on the BOI. Really not that hard.

And if it was me and I recieved animals that were so damaged from shipping to warrant eye infections and other problems with 100's of dollars in treatment, I wouldn't just "drop it" or whatever you said you did. I'd be persistent in contacting the seller until the situation was rectified. That combined with the absence of proof just seems suspect to me. Things aren't adding up here...not in your favor anyways.
 
Like others here I have no pony in this trail ride and don't know Heika , Chris or really any Cham folks.

I do have to wonder about this clique that has been mentioned here. Chris and Heika seem to be card carrying members of the little group . Now this rumor about Chamco had to come from somewhere and if I had to take a wild guess I'd say it is coming from one or more of this little Clique. Yeah I know Heika and Chris you'll deny it and hey I could be wrong as it is just a guess on my part and I'd also bet money that I'm not alone in thinking it was one of your little Clique.

Heika how many times have you been asked to provide the proof you claim to have? Well lets just say a number of times, so why haven't you provided this proof?? My guess is the same as many here seem to think IE you have none, nauta, zip .. So why carry this on ? Why not just come clean and say you don't have it, instead of this continuing BS you post . As has been noted by others your recent responses read as if they came from the Thief, Liars and Scammers book of how to respond to threads on the BOI.

Bart made some very good points in his post and you should take what he said to heart. As each day goes by without any proof provided by you the consenses grows against you. You know the saying about if it Walks and talks like a duck. Well your really starting to do a lot of quacking here and Chris your getting rather feathery yourself... Randy
 
I have to admit that at this point I am very disappointed in Heika. She approached me early yesterday afternoon via PM to be a middle man with her vet reports. Only she wanted me to exclude certain aspects of the vet report. Her vets name was one of those aspects and I fully agreed to leave that info out for good reasons. But.....

She also wanted me to leave out part of the findings themselves. So I refused to take part unless she was willing to do the right thing and disclose all of the findings. She said she didnt want to reveal the findings publicly because Jim and Ivan had been "bullying" her into sharing that info and she didnt want to give them the satisfaction of "winning that battle".

I tried explaining to her that once the allegations went public that the RIGHT thing to do was to share the findings publicly (or at the very least privately with Jim, although I did not mention the privately part to her). Apparently this isnt about doing the right thing to her. Apparently this is just some kind of game to her.

I was truly hoping to pop onto this thread today and find the vet report posted. Sadly it seems that playing games is more important to Heika than doing the right thing. I think that is very telling about what kind of person she really is and a great big caution sign when it comes to dealing with her in any way. Personal or business.
 
I find this more disturbing than the thought that she has no vet reports at all. It suggests to me that she knows the vet reports will prove her wrong, which would make her a bald-faced liar.

What she's done stinks bad enough as it is, but to try and induce you to only reveal the portions that benefit her? I didn't think my opinion of her could get worse, but she's proved me wrong.

And this statement right here tells me that she has no real concern for the welfare of either her animals, or the chameleon community. Saving her ego is the only concern she has.

Thanks for maintaining principal. Heika once again reveals her duplicitous, and unfortunately at this point, I must finally also call her "dishonest" nature. To withold deliberately so as to change or spin the perceived truth is the same as to lie. Besides all that she asked be withheld, to not allow Dr. Alfonso to have the ability to contact the other vet and confirm the validity of any documents, is once again to have something to hide. The results would need to be confirmed in all ways, especially after such a non-excusable delay of over 5 weeks. As Heika and Chris cannot even be honest about the original rumor, while at the same time we are certain that they are still very much in contact with those that fomented it, shows that they have a vested interest in not stating-for-the-record who the sources are. Its very easy math to do. Several of us know who they are, and it doesn't take Columbo at this point in the thread to figure it out.

what would talking to another breeder do? wheres the darned proof? Post it, post who posted the rumor ( started it i mean ) and show the dang vet reports. Cant do that, well then i suppose pride is more important that ones reputation eh?

im done with this.... unless proof is posted, i will be sure to let others know about this breeders sketchy behavior. ( by showing this link) Wanna fix it.... show us the goods.

Alicia, at this point even if she posted the Vet report she will still look bad. There was no reason for her to delay this long and after learning more about her here I think most will have real doubts as to the authenticity of anything she posted. Heika and her friends seem to have an ulterior motive for what they have been doing. And well it seems to have come around and is now gnawing on their anterior regions..Randy

Hey Heika, where are all those major breeders and "silent readers" when you need them? What, can't find any of them to falsify vet reports and make up more lies to cover your butt? Where are all the authors of those "tons" of email? Those phone callers? Why will no one come forward in your defense? Will Hayward does not a minion make....and the clique obviously prefers the cloak of invisibility, lest they tarnish their own names by association, it would seem.

This absolutely cracks me up! This was Heika's indignant post on 8-8-07:

Let's see, last week she tried to sabotage a sale by surrepticiously contacting an inquirer of ChamCo instead of just posting in the forum in which he made the inquiry. This week she's trying to scratch up a "middleman" to do her record falsifying for her...see, that way she could claim later that shrap did that all on his own; that she trusted him to act as a proper middleman and he betrayed her by omitting important information. Seller AND middleman beware! :rofl:
What the hell does she need a middleman for anyway ... she is after all, no one's mouthpiece, her own person,yada,yada ... oh wait, I guess she needs a mouthpiece for herself!

I think your post is a little over the top. None of your speculations are how I feel about the matter. Heika never asked me to falsify anything nor did she even imply it in any way. All she asked was that certain info be omitted. Some of which I did not feel was right to leave out. Nothing more.

There are plenty of legit issues going on here that raises doubt with Heika's whole story without adding wild speculation and unfounded accusations to the mix. Again, Heika never once asked me to falsify anything. I would appreciate it if you would leave my name out of your speculations and unfounded accusations in the future. Thanks.

Maybe I am seeing it all wrong, but to leave out part of the findings themselves is to me falsifying is it not? If I read your post wrong I do apolagize.
 
Omitting information and falsifying information are two different things. Neither in this particular situation do I feel is right by any means.

NOT telling your wife that her ass looks fat in those jeans is omitting information. Getting into an argument with your wife and telling her that her ass is fat when it really aint is falsifying information.
