In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I just wanted to say hi, I have been lurking here for several months and decided to become a member. I have several Boas, from albinos and sunglows to several pattern abnormalities that I hope to prove out. Also have a few Ball Pythons mostly just normals, I tend to take in snakes when people don't want them any longer. I also have some Mali Uro's and Bearded Dragons.

I will be starting Law School in the fall. So a very busy life.

Mary, welcome to Fauna! Make yourself at home.
I'm in law school now, if I can help you, give me a holler.

Thanks everyone, I was a little nervous signing up. It seems most people are great here, a few can be a little rough but can't we all.

I will try to get some pictures up of a few of my babies this weekend. All my animals have names and get held at least a few times a week.

Lucille that is great. I am nervous since it will require a move on my part (to UC-Davis) but I am looking forward to starting. I am going to try doing this while working hope I can pull it off. What year are you?

That is a wise observation, by far most people here are great, and helpful

I have 3 more semesters, except for the first two semesters I did not go full time because I work full time as a registered nurse, so it is taking 4 years instead of 3.
Being nervous is OK, it's all new to you. I have an email address in my info, email anytime you need help. You will make new friends fast, and maybe choose to get into a study group, after a little while it will be less daunting.

If you can get a booklist a few weeks ahead of the first day of class, you can save about $300$400/semester by ordering texts, study guides and supplies used online instead of buying them new at the college bookstore.

Welcome to the Fauna community Mary, glad to have you join us!!
