In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I am a reptile enthusiast. *Confession* I grew up with and have an irrational fear of snakes. I always wanted an Iguana or corn snake but I was never allowed. Now I'm married with a 3 year old and a little over 2.5 years ago, I decided I wanted to cure my fear of snakes. I also wanted a real reptile experience (Owning a couple fire belly toads when my wife and I dated just wasn't cutting it). I did some homework and just like every other noob, I wanted a ball python. I purchased a male normal BP hatchling for 30$ and was hooked. I wish I owned and could afford to care for more animals but knowing very little and enjoying the education as I pursued BPs, I began to build a small collection. I currently own 5 breeder snakes (2.3 combinations of pastel, fire, VPI Axanthic, and clown) and just hatched out my first clutch of 7 eggs (07/27). VPI Axanthic pastel x VPI Axanthic pastel. 0.0.6 Axanthic pastels and 0.0.1 super pastel ax which was amazing to see. I intend to be a reputable hobby breeder who enjoys working with select genetics and producing a few small scale QUALITY BP clutches each year.

On a side note, I love working with snakes now and other than my uncontrollable natural reflexes when they strike, I feel no fear handling them. In fact, its been such a rush getting comfortable with snakes that I'm seeking education and experience so that in a few years, I will be capable of doing venomous snake relocating. I live in AZ and know of way to many snakes dying because of other peoples irrational fear.

Thanks for reading. If you want to know more, hmu.

Welcome to the site Brady and congrats on your first clutch! :D

Mario... that's in poor taste imo.
