im new here but not a noob. I have been out of rep as I was banned temporarily from them.But, my lovely wife has lifted the ban and thanks in part to my daughter who naturally has reptilia in her blood was asking for a her first pet. I have been into reef keeping for the last 7 years as my kids grew. so if any help with anything saltwater i'd be happy to help. i spent 15 years keeping and breeding just about everything with scales, particularly large boids and varanids. I was a veterinary assistant for 6 years , now I work in a slaughter house custom cut butcher. I now am planning to go full tilt and pick up where i left off in the herp world. I plan to develop a new standard in the reptile industry. My goal is to educate the general public and remove the darkness from the trade and the keepers, given to us by a few bad apples. my experience in the reef keeping industry has given me a brand new perspective on reptiles and their successful integration into the mainstream hopefully to the end of the foolish laws recently placed federally and those placed on state and local levels. As a hunter, and competitive marksman I am constantly seeing how special interest groups with a few dollars in the right direction can change our lives for better or worse. We need to stop this.
