    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I do realize this is a US-based forum, but it seems to me that it's choc-full of advice and information, and that's what I'm here for. :)

I'm a 20 year old from the UK, just looking to start up with reptiles and possibly other 'exotics'. I keep a variety of animals at the moment, including hens/ducks, dogs, cats, a parrotlet, some canaries, quail and a ton of mice.

I'm hoping to be able to get my first snake (a corn; starting small) in about a week to two weeks, so filling my head with as much information as I can before I do. It will be my first reptile, and honestly I've only held snakes a handful of times, so I'm a bit nervous about it as well as being seriously excited. xD

Any advice/tips would be most welcome!
 
Welcome, atleast you got food source already taken care of for your corn when you get it.:D this site does have alot of great info on it. People are helpful & it is a good way to shop around. Just research all you can, but be aware they are adictive.
