In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello, I´m the New One :)

Hi,
my name is Phillip and I come from the good old Germany.
I´m sixteen years old.
I and my father have got a lot´s of reptiles. I´ve get my first reptile to my tenth birthday.

In our collection

2,1 Boa c. longicauda
1,1 Boa c. constrictor Belém/Brazil
1,1 Boa c. imperator Hogg Island
2,1 Boa c. occidentalis
2,1 Boa c. constrictor Guyana
4,4 Boa c. constrictor Peruvian
1,1 Boa c. imperator Peruvian (that´s a really seldom Boa)
1,1 Acrantophis madagascariensis (they are shortly by us and they are pretty small, but they are 6 years old)
1,1 Epicrates chenchira chenchira
2,1,2 Panterophis guttatus

1,2 Varanus reisingeri
1,1 Varanus macraei
1,1 Varanus timoiensis
0,0,1 Varanus panoptes horni

We are strictly against Mixedboas, because we want to get reall Boas still alive even when the rain forest is chopt down.
The locality of our Boas can followed till the country in South America where they come from.
We are very lucky about our collection and we want to buy a few more Boas, especially Boa c. ssp..

I hope many of you could understand what I`m writing, because @school I´m not so good in English.

Best regardes

Phillip

Welcome to Fauna!!! Your Dad is welcome here too, if you and he keep boas together. We would love to see pictures sometime!

Hi,
thanks for your nice welcome.
My father and I are crazy for reptiles and we breed sometimes.
At the moment, we don´t have so much Adults, but the other Boas are very good in feeding. So they grow up faster.
I try to make good pictures from our animals.
Which species would you like to see?

:) WELCOME!!! i would love to see a pic. of the imperator peruvian..you say its seldom...actually i would like to see ALL of your snakes..but if not possible..thatll do... :)

Hi,
I try to get pix on...
