    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yom,

I try to welcome as many people as I can, who are new to Fauna. We get visitors both experts and newbies, and people from all walks of life, united in their love for reptiles. My welcome to you comes with a caveat:

I've read your first two posts and the tenor is exactly the kind of challenging, name calling posts that serve to cloud what is really important, talking to each other about our reptiles. I am hoping that you will change that pattern and join up as someone whose conversations will be respected and who will be thoughtful and a good addition to our community.
 
Mr. Mayorsky also saw fit to ding me with negative Karma over a post I made on one of Terry Scott's numerous bad guy threads. He added a nice profane comment as well. I surely hope he was not defending Mr. Sanchez. It seems like we have added yet another mentally challenged foul mouthed child to our membership
