    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My name is Scott and I am not a herpy yet. I have been eyeing Chameleons for some time, Jackson's in particular. I am working on setting up a habitat, I haven't bought anything yet, still researching.

A little about myself, married for 24 years to a wonderful woman that give me a little room to grow, ie... look into having herps in the house. She has also given me 3 kids that are now young adults, girl 24, boy 21, and my baby is now 19 and about ready to finish her college at a four year school.

As you can see we are about to empty the nest and I am looking for some more babies to nurture into adulthood. I am not sure where the fascination with Jackson's came from, except for the fact that we have made many trips to Hawaii and I have walk miles in the bush hoping to see one in the wild, to no success.

If you have any incite for me please share as in my inquires I get many different answers from many different people. I would guess that this site and forum will be no different.

Thanks in advance to all your help,

Scott

Welcome to Fauna, Scott!

While I'm not a cham person myself, there's plenty of great folks here with lots of experience and knowledge of them. ;)
