    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello I'm Jason, I have a deep love of animals particularly reptiles! I grew up watching animal planet and discovery channel. It was always on in my home. It wasn't until I was living on my own until in was allowed to keep pets. Since I purchased my first male ball python at a local reptile expo (Hamburg) I was fascinated. The local pet store owner years ago showed me some pictures of some ball pythons and since then it became a dream. I ended up working with a fellow that used to breed snakes, and had tons of different reptile pets. We weren't making much money but always wished I could afford some nice animals and eventually breed them. Well I got a phone call one day from a good friend for a much better job and then it started. Snake after glorious snake my racks began to fill!

I currently work in a plastic shop, although we do some metalworking also. It's long days but my hobby keeps me thinking and working. It is a lot of work juggling job, reptiles and family but I struggle through, sometimes getting 15-30 hours of sleep a week and work hard to keep it all going. I feel a lot of people are worried about the industry crashing.. I am really not complaining. I already made my investment. I'm not going to have to claim bankruptcy or sell my house to pay my credit cards, nor am at the point where I need hired help. Everything from here on out is money for me and expanding and owning better quality animals. My first two years breeding has been a great success as far as odds, health, and hatch rate/live rate - 100% so far!! Breeding is my passion, now for the business part, that's it's own ball game lol:) thanks for reading!
