Hi everybody!
My name is Jesse, and I've had a long time interest in reptiles and amphibians. I currently own a male leopard gecko named Majik (after an OhGr song) whom I've had for about 6 years now, and 4 bumblebee toads which were recently acquired. Past species I've owned include garter snakes, an Indonesian toad, house and African fat tail geckos, green anoles, and a northern alligator lizard.
I took a break from owning herps for a while, until I purchased Majik, and due to problems health and money I haven't had a chance to get many more. I'm at a place where I can own more animals now, and I plan to grow my collection over a few years.
In expanding my collection, my interest is primarily in amphibians. I am also interested in getting some more geckos as well. I'm toying with the idea of owning a snake again, too.
Otherwise, in general I'm a nature fan, and I like photographing wildflowers and spiders, and gardening with wildlife like bees and other beneficial insects in mind. I like to go hiking and often bring along my treeing walker coonhound, Emma.
Anyways, I look forward to learning more about herps and meeting new people while I'm here.
