    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have a big question. First i wont to explain the situation. I have female iguana for 4 years. She has here small terrarium where she basks….she rarely lives here terr. But when ever she wants i can open it and she would go around a bit and get beck.
Now i got unwanted male that is about 150cm (she is 120cm) and he is now in terrarium the same size as hers and he is a bit restless. I know he needs little time to settle down.
But the big problem is that when ever he sees here he goes crazy. Cause she is not in breeding mood she is scared of him. he gets to here terrarium she would be going around and want to get higher ….she is definitely scared of him.
How, when and what should i do to let him know that she is not receptive, she won’t breed?
I hoped that they going to get along since ever one has its one terrarium…
Should i let here on the flour and let him to approached her and to see r they going to “talk” a bit. How to make here HIS girl and make them tolerate each other???
He come today so i hope there is some chance for them…
Terrarium r faced beck to beck to each other so he can not see here, and like versa. They r about 3 m a part.
The thing is she is not leaving her terr. very often but he likes to walk around if he sees here he would go crazy all that day , i can not put up with that noise….

Suggestion how to get them tolerate each other and make him appreciate here mood not to breed cause it is out of season…

Hello,

Well, that is a very difficult situation as just smelling & knowing that she is there is enough to cause that agression.
In time, he might get used to her over time, but, it will take awhile though. Do they try to bite each other or do they just get agressive towards each other?
I would just slowly & gradually allow them to see each other with one of them being in their tank at a time so there are no accidents that occur.
If I think of anything else, I will post it. Good luck. You do have your work cut out for you. :))

i will separate them.
i did not let them near each other, just over glass.
i did not want to risk it, cause she was very stress out.
