• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Hi,

My first time posting so hello to everyone.

Im having a problem with my ball python. She is wrapped up around a piece of her enclosure that is screwed into the wall and shes so strong i cant unwrap her. I need to get this done as its her time of the week to feed, but anytime i reach in there she coils back and it looks like shes getting ready to strike. This is the first time shes done this and i handle her almost everyday.

Any ideas on how to get her out? Anything is appreciated. Thanks.

You can wait until she decides to slither around/ hunt in her enclosure (usually at night).

If she is really holding on, you probably shouldn't try to force her off, because one, she will cling tighter while getting a bit more upset with you and two you don't want to hurt her.
 
Whenever you want to unwrap a python, start at the tail. Starting from the head will usually get you nowhere. :) But do be careful if she's wrapped tightly; don't want to hurt her.

If she looks like she's going to strike, I use some random object to touch them on the head so they don't bite at me.
