There's a few points I like to make here...

1). I like to mention the pic of the adult looks altered..I still have the original I will post it..

2). The pic in the cup is the female, I guess he is trying to make them look bad by comparing an adult male with a subadult female.And by taking a pic in the cup with her colors obscured, not warmed up in a proper cage...hope she still isn't in the cup!!!!

3). This guy is drunk if he thinks he was supposed to get that male, I showed him the pic, said I could get collareds like this and asked him if wanted a pair I would give him one pair free and thats what I did...if I had the pair at the time I would of obviously sent them with geckos and box turtles.

4). Why would I list the collared lizards on the paypal as free if they weren't so...this guy is out of it...


5). 9k ??? So what, he spent a lot of cash with me, so it gives him the right to fine me 400.00 because he didn't like the free collared lizards...which I spent 120.00 for , not ones I could of got off the net for 15 or 20ea but 50ea plus 20 shipping, they must be some SUPER NICE COLLARED LIZARDS to demand that price!!!

Well Day 3 and still no post or money... this guy is a complete thief of the worst sense, stealing 400.00 of much need cash, cash we were using to help get my Fiance get well now I have to wait another week or so...can you imagine what it is like nt knowing if the person you love most in the world is ill or not. So fat we have racked up about 7k in bills and tests and we still do nt know...
I just called Bills house and talked to his wife, she doesn't care and she said "GO FOR IT" and hung up on me...what great people the ALEXANDERS are.... they can't even get on here and explain themselves, all this talk about a post, there will be no post...cowards these people are...if they think for one second this is going away then there wrong..I have checked with there states laws regarding lawsuits, if I decide to fly up there a sue his ass in court he will lose, I have a legal binding contract with him to pay every 2 weeks 400.00, if he thinks he can talk his way out fine..he won't be able too,plus all his emails as proof etc.. Whats funny is I WILL do this, my fiance has family in the very town he lives and we will visit there soon enough, not only will he have to pay the 400.00 but any and all expenses incurred , such as plane tickets , hotel expenses food expenses loss of income, by the time it is done he will have to pay a tab worth several thousand. And thats just the tip of the iceberg, he will lose his reputation and any and all respect from his peers.

I not to accustom to this I had a lot of things to say but cooled down. Every thing I purchased from Justin Mitcham was done by email or phone calls
This last deal with Justin Mitcham was fat tells I did not want them because he had sold me some a week or so before also they belonged to a Japanese man that screwed him, Then he started to sweeten the deal 30 box turtles some of had been ran over by cars where healed but not what I wanted, a western red phase hog nose witch is brown but it’s OK cause they all are I’m told this by Justin Mitcham, True or not I don’t know He has his own set of rules. Then the 1 Pair of Aqua Flame collard lizards I think what is missing hear is the fact these where suppose to be adults not six months old, way before these where shipped I said I wanted what was in the image don’t ship nothing else. I own Justin Mitcham 400.00 dollars when he ships what I ordered I’ll pay like I have the last the $9000.00 dollars overthe last 6 months.
I can’t send images yet as I just now figured out how to get here, As soon as it’s day light I will have help. And show the one I was to get. Is there any way to stop this Justin Mitcham from calling my house an emailing people I mentioned to him I knew, It’s 6:30 here an he calls an wakes my wife, does that tell you any thing about Him. You see what I am dealing with..mindless dribble , this guy just admitted that he is going to screw me on 400.00 unless I please him on a freee pair of collareds...he didn't want the fattails, so he paid 400ea to not want the fattails??? This guy is out of it... we never talked about size of the lizards, it was a passing gesture, I told him I would get him a nice pair of aquaflames, he recieved in a fantastic pair, I challenge him to post a pic of the male.I could of got him wildcaught for less, but in his mail he said he wanted them free of parasites etc..I went out of my way to buy him what he wanted. I challenge him to send the pair of collared to a neutral party and let them decide...OH BY THE WAY...they were FREE...on the paypal money request they were listed as free.... hw can this guy rip me off over free lizards, where his proof he paid for these...he paid entirly with paypal..everytime so send us the paypal which states you paid for them...
William your a crook, everyone knows your a crook, I am within my legal rights to call your house and collect on this debt... your stealing ,for no reason, why don't you let the people here decide if I should get my cash or not...

Obviously y'all have a history of being vendor and customer with that amount of cash being spent, I cannot believe the whole deal is going south on a pair of lizards, what else is going on? BTW, I would not myself call a person's home quite so early.

There seem to be missed expectations on both sides. Were there any written memos on the age of the collared lizards to be sent? Where were these 'run over' turtles obtained?

I do not at all think this is mindless dribble, I think that there is a large amount of money involved and that y'all should talk over your expectations and perhaps make adjustments based on what each of you feel the deal should have been.

I PAID FOR THE BOX TURTLES NOT HIM...we were on the phone when they arrived, I was talking to him when I unpacked them, I TOLD HIM some looked bad,I TOLD HIM I had more comming in in a couple weeks he can get the 30 out of that lot, HE CHOSE to take these, and they were shipped hours after arrival, I GAVE THEM TOO HIM...FREE OF CHARGE and REPLACED ANY TURTLE HE HAD A PROBLEM WITH NO EVIDENCE OR WHINNING.

There were no size considerations given to me, no specific request except he wanted a pair of aquaflames that were nice...And it doesn't matter, they were free, so Lucille if you bought TV worth 1600.00 on credit, and then they gave you a free cd player for kicks and you owed 400.00 left on the TV , you shouldn't have to pay the 400.00 because the CD player isn't the right color, or right size etc... You know what would happen to your TV Lucille it would get repossess, you wouldn't get to keep 1200 worth of TV's , they getit all back..so how is this any differrant?

I confess to being a bit confused by the posts made by both of you, and think that you both need to provide more (and perhaps more coherent) details, at least to unconfuse this reader.
To Tentoes aka Bill: You claim that you did not get what you paid for. If you could, take a look at Justin' itemized list, and go down it item by item, saying what you did or did not get, or what relevent facts may have been left out by Justin, if any. You need to provide whatever evidence of communication that you have. Your last, and only, response was not structured or written so as to be easily understood. If you don't take more time to better present your thoughts, the consensus opinion will be that you likely do not have a coherent and legitimate position to state.
To Justin: At least there is something to respond to in the forum now. I don't know if any of the points raised by Bill were communicated to you earlier, regarding some misgivings and lower than expected quality, etc. I also am aware that much has been made of "free" animals, which seem to be referred to by Bill as having been included to "sweeten the deal". This is a real quandary. Whenever you purchase something from somewhere, whether it be reptiles, furniture, automobile, etc, and something is agreed to ahead of time as part of the deal but "free", it is now a part of the deal. This points out the need to have clearly stated terms as to how dissatisfaction will be handled, but the "free" part must be as advertised, or expected (hopefully they are the same), or else the deal is not complete. With no assigned value to the "free" part in the deal, which would then allow a negotiation on that separate part of the deal where there were issues, it is now just a part of one big transaction. One solution may be to assign a value to those specific areas and animals in contention.
Justin, my impressions are that you were most generous, and that Bill is not being very stand-up in his approach to solving the issue. But, if the turtles and collards were part of the entire package, even if labeled the "FREE" part, they weren't free.

Well Chamco..he got the lizards so what now hee keeps them and gets to deduct... he got the 30 turtle, the snake ..still deducting 400 from me..if you breakdown the price per animal it is 44.00ea $700 striped tangerine albino fattails and all...I suggest he keep 100.00 for the lizards and return the ones I sent him and pay me 300.00...thats fair to both sides...doubt he will...he is making a stink out of this because he wants to..not because of wrong doing, he has put me through so many changes, wouldn't even respond to emails I sent him asking if it was ok to ship or not, so how was I able to even communicate with him to get his expectations!!!Also on another note, he had me buy a 1.2 nigritis for him, I did, we had the falling out and he stiffed me on those as well as 400.00 in turtles he had on hold, this guy went from friend to complete a$$hole in one day...
