I cannot begin to respond to your suggestion to me to agree or disagree, or even propose, a solution. I believe that most readers here, even those who, like me (in the currently parallel thread) realize that there is a problem with trying to distinguish between "free" and "not free", when its all in the same deal. But both you and Bill are throwing around numbers and related details that you are very familiar with, bit which are still kind of difficult for the rest of us to follow. I seem to gather that you have made a compromise settlement offer. If Bill does not clearly understand it, then he needs to say so. If he disagrees with it, he needs to explain why. And hopefully, all will explain their points clearly, and provide whatever communications are available. Justin, most of us feel that you are getting the short end of the stick. Understand to, that when you start a negative thread against someone, you are escalating matters and raising the animosity level. Sometimes it is your only recourse. just as sometimes all you can do is take someone to real court, lawyers and all. But when you then also label someone a thief, or liar, or a$$hole, even if the shoe may fit, you are also making a solution more difficult.
