You are correct...it does not show any late payments...

But you definitely paid a large lump at one time...considering you don't owe anything until May of NEXT YEAR...that being the final payment.
But it does not show that Bill did not make that payment...

Bill, you stated that you made a payment directly to the loan company...can you show proof of that payment?

This could be a deciding factor in who is honest and who is not...

Still not really resolving anything...

no 2 aquaflames look alike, each has there own pattern etc...so how many lizards do I have to send him to be satisfied, where in any of his emails did he specify one thing..he didn't he left it to me...if he specified anything he needs to show the evidence..but he can't his email back me up ..not him..
I have made several request fr him to post pictures of the two he recieved, they were not tiney they are proabbly 10-12in, 3-6 months from adults, ready to breed by next spring...
he needs to put them in a cage, warm them up like the lizard is in my hand and post the pics...
So now anyone can say "I'm dissatisfied and not pay a debt" ?

That is why i ask for pics of the exact reptile before i make a commitment

I know its common practice in sales but common it sucks from a buyers perspective

Bill owed me cash, i asked him to send the check to them instead of me, the cash was mine not his no matter how I decided it should be allowcated, he did send in a payment..but him stating it was about to get repossesed etc..and that out of the goodness of his heart he paid it off for is stupid, plus your assertion that he is not paying 5% of a deal is wrong, we did several deals, this was not a 9k order, it was a 1600.00 order, what he spent in the past does not give him the right to burn me..

Yep your right again you didn't send images you called and told me, Just before you chewed me out for sending you sick bearded dragens, i did my best with them, but you would not shut up about it, the same day you wanted thirty more and said you had them sold and i was a so n so for making you lose face with Japan for not shipping them. He is willing to put the money in escrow with someone until this is resolved...hardly "I am NOT paying"...but he obviously feels that you have not lived up to some part of your deal...both of you have stated that a good portion of these deals were made over the phone...which leaves NO evidence of the deal...and is left open to each parties interpretation of what transpired...you keep talking about emails that back you up...but I have yet to see YOU post any of them either...if you have them...post them and get this over with...

You made the accusation...it is up to you to provide evidence to establish your accusation as true...innocent until proven guilty...of course, you are just following the example set by the US Justice System...but I digress.

Leaving an open ended accusation for him to recover from is ridiculous...you haven't shown any evidence from which he must prove he is NOT what you are claiming...like my 3 and 6 year old...3 year old says "you are a booger" and the 6 year old says "Am NOT!!" ...over and over and over, etc.

No winning for either side.

This is what you have not sent and there will be no further money sent tell I have these in my all possession healthy and free of parasites, one pair of Aqua Flame collard lizards (images included), Box turtles 8 died you where in formed and said you would replace, done of these should not have been sent tell they where checked for disorders, One Mexican Black king. Okay...for future reference...have people send YOU the money and pay it off yourself...because now that YOU have brought this deal to the BOI...this makes it even MORE "he said/she said" as to who is being truthful...he claims you told him you were in repossession...obviously you have shown you were not...BUT...we still cannot...nor will we ever be able to...determine whether or not you CLAIMED to be in repossession to garner his sympathy to aid you in closing the deal. You having him send the money in a direct payment to your loan makes me think that he is possibly telling the truth on this matter.

He has been a very good customer...obviously. He is withholding payment...he definitely has NOT refused to pay in any way shape or form. it is only 25% of this SPECIFIC deal...and 4.4% of the total amount spent with you this year...

I would personally bend over BACKWARDS for a customer that not only spends a great deal with you...but has proven to be a repeat customer many times over.

It seems to me you burned your bridge and are fuming over the withheld money KNOWING he will not be spending his money with you in the future.

Email #1 is completely irrelevant.
It is a third party generated email and only available as HEARSAY.
I see no header information...so it could be completely fabricated by you or another party.

Email #2...no header info...but we'll take it as genuine for arguments sake.
If he does not specify the aquaflames why the HELL does it say images included?

You have shipped everything on that list to him?
And it made it safe and healthy?

I paid 120.00 for the nicest pair of lizards I could find ,I was broke at the time, but I did it, and I paid for shipping, I paid for 8 box turtles etc... I did everything he asked me to do in his email, 120.00 for collared lizards is a lot, ask around, only the finest will fetch that price..
he will not post a pic because he does not want you to see the quality he recievd, just want you to take his word that there not what they are so he can keep my cash ..PERIOD

Yes...how you spend your money is definitely your business...but how you received it makes your story much more flimsy...and bolsters his claims...end of story...I would NEVER have ANYONE pay ANYTHING for me...I can do that myself...send the money to ME so I have it in my grubby little hands...then I can spend how I want to...with nobody claiming ANYTHING...

He has already made offers to place the money in escrow with someone else until the deal is completed to both parties satisfaction...so he is NOT trying to keep your money...you are just unwilling to satisfy a GOOD LOYAL customer because you are greedy.
That is what I see going on here...you see yourself as the good guy...coming to everyones rescue...but you have admitted that you had stuff you didn't want or need...and he was willing to allow you to unload that stuff on him...and now your pride is making you stubborn and unwilling to make a good business deal out of a failing one.

I have seen too much of this lately...read the "Adam at Millennium Morphs" thread if you want a third party view of stubborn pride destroying a good business.
