Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i need help i have a 6ft coulmbian red tail boa and he wont eat its been a few weeks and i feed him every 5 days all my other boas are eating i ahve 3 coulmbian red tails and a dumeril my red tails are all in the same cage yet my other 2 dont have any feeding problems i just cleaned out there cage and i used provent-a-mite spray on the substrate and i use healthy habitat spray on the rest of the cage and i use reptile relief on them but my 6 ft seems to always refuse food like hes afraid of the rat hes eating a big medium rat that is the same width of the biggest part of his body i need help he is really small for his age and length and i'm worried

the snake is TOO SMALL for the tank.
he won't eat because there is no room to grow.
give him his own world to live in and he should byte on anything soon after.
check for any other snake nips & mites/bugs...
maybe a snake pecking order??
 
Separate them all! This is breeding time and they are all probably very edgy with each other, whether you see it or not. Get the non feeding boa on some heat and get him vet checked.

Is it wheezing when it breaths? Does in strike at the rat? Has it had problems feeding in the past? Is the mites a problem you are constantly fighting to remove? When was the last time it ate? How often do you spray them and the cage down with chemicals? What is the temps of the cage? Are you feeding live, prekilled, or frozen thawed? Do you have fresh water always available? Do you mist them?

When I think of other questions i will ask.
