    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'm just curious if it is legal to live in MI and go to Florida and collect boas and pythons to bring back to breed them or possibly sell atleast the babies. I don't know where els to post this so sorry if it's out of place. Maybe someone with collecting or exporting could help me with my question Thanks.

last I heard there was a season for ppl to buy a hunting license and go hunt or collect non native species, but im pretty sure in the end they had to die. best ppl to talk to would be florida fish and game.

Haha thats funny um.. yeah I just read that as well Python season in Florida has been going on since February 2010 and I believe you cant bring pythons in or out of the state but owners that have them as pets can keep them untill they die which I'm happy to hear. i wish owners would have never released them into the wild. I'm still not sure about the rules on boas so maybe I'll talk to Florida DNR thanks.

its not really that ppl let them loose, i mean it happens but not everyday. its that major reptile breeding facilities were destroyed during hurricane andrew, and uneducated ppl make laws here (and the rest of the nation it seems) so they just cause all sorts of shenanighans and make life hard for the rest of us. But glad I could be of help, maybe they'll pass a law to take care of all the stray cats and dogs that are running around here.(btw, NO domestic house cat is native to north america!)
