    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

For those who might come across this while searching the web trying to find out the gender of their rosy boa... here you go.

With very few exceptions males have spurs and females don't. They can be hard to see on babies without really good light and a jewelers loop, but they should be pretty obvious once they're a year or so old. The snakes do seem to have some ability to retract them a bit, but they should still be visible.

Thank You all SO much. BPs are my big "thing". This is our only Rosy. He was given to us because he was a "biter". He has been doing awesomely and I thought I might try breeding some rosies. But, First, I needed to know which sex I have. So, I really appreciate your responses.
