Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. Help with softshell turtles

I got 5 spiny soft shell hatchlings about a week ago. They're in a 40g tank, water heater, UVB, big filter, and on sand. The water is purified spring/well water. They are housed with 4 small red clawed crabs, 4 shrimp, and a blue crayfish (clean up crew). This poor guy looks rough, I'm not sure if it's a fungal infection, or abrasions. He's dry docking himself, and has been since yesterday. The white spots seem raised, and don't rub off. I've been treating the water with "turtle fix" for 3 days now, the bottle says to continue for a week.
Should I used betadine to help treat the shell?
Going to the vet Tuesday, any help until then would be highly appreciated.

I hope vet figures it out for you. Hopefully an easy water conditioning fix.
