    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

The ultimate newb question...ever....

I ask just to be sure and I have checked all over the place and cannot find a specific definition so here goes:

When sellers list their lizards (although I think this seems to apply to any animal I have seen on here) they list male/female ratios like this 1.1, or 3.3.25. What exactly do these mean?

I can guess that 1.1 means 1 male one female, but after that i don't get it, which comes first male or female, then what does the 3rd number mean?

p.s. I am really only a newb to the forums and such, i have had many different reptiles in my time and they have all lived happy lives in my care :thumbsup:
